Terrible. I would give 0 stars if possible. They didn’t give me my receipt and messed my sandwich up so I came back after church so they didn’t want to fix my order or give me a refund. I only took one bite to realize that my sandwich was wrong and they didn’t want to fix it

Ugh this has been the worst experience at a dunkin i have ever had in my life. The atmosphere at this place is horrendous. I have been coming to this dunkin for about two months, same day and time. It progressively has gotten worse each time. The two employees were fighting loudly like screaming matches. Couldn't understand and anything since it was in a different language. I heard some kind of hitting/slapping of each other. They were well aware of me sitting there and didn't try and apologize for the multiple disruptions. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism they displayed in front of customers. If they show that kind of behavior in front of customers, what goes on when noone is here. I have worked for dunkin and i couldn't be more disappointed. The company really needs to look into these employees.

This location is not good at all. They rarely have what you want. And what they do have isn’t fresh. Drive a few minutes up the road for better.

They are always so nice here. Usually pretty quick and keep the drive thru line moving despite being busy. Also have always been correct with prices and giving total correctly. So far in the few years I've been here they have never messed up a order.

This location has gone a bit downhill since I moved to the area, which is going on 3 and a half years. The food is not as on point. One thing that really annoys me is not giving customers their receipt.

Best dunkin around! I don't understand the bad reviews. I have been to most in the area and this one has the best service, good food and standard drinks. There are 2 other nearby locations that water down their drinks but this one doesn't. The staff is super friendly.
