This place is horrible, poor management and the food is disgusting, Food sits out all day dried up and they have a nerve to sell these items to you, instead of making you a fresh item.rate 0 stars if I could.

Came to order a sour cream and onion pretzel. I was then told that flavor is discontinued.. So I left and called Auntie Anne's in Tinton Falls and they told me the flavor was not discontinued they have the flavor at that store so I went to Tinton Falls store and received my fresh sour cream and onion pretzel I will not be visiting this Eatontown location again. Save yourself the hassle and drive to Tinton Falls location they are fully stocked on all pretzels and they will make it fresh for you on the spot.

Absolute joke. Asked for a small pretzel bites and they 'only have regular'. Avoid this branch. Staff attitude was terrible. They had everything prepped to be able to give me what I wanted!

Arrived at about 4:45pm today and ordered 3 original pretzels. They only had two left with salt! How does a pretzel shop not have pretzels to sell?!?! So I bought the last two original pretzels they had and they were stale!!! Shame on this place.

This and the other mall location are horrible. It's 12pm and they open at 11am, but there is no one here. Went to the other location and they told me the pretzels wouldn't be ready for a while. What's the point of opening at a certain time if it's not to do business?

The workers were not wearing gloves and making and handleing the pretzel. Manager needs to be spoken to and team needs to be retrained. They were even touching there hair then the dough. Ughhh nooo

I went to get 6 pretzels, they had 3 no salt and 3 with salt. Ok, I'll take the 6.... no they said I had to order advance??? WTH? Why would I order in advance in a mall and for 6? Why would the girls be standing around(3) when they were standing around? Shouldn't they make more? Beyond annoyed and won't buy from them.. terrible service.

The pepperoni pretzel is my guilty pleasure here. The girl at the counter spoke all the time without looking up from her phone. They were out of pepperoni pretzel and the workers were on a break, but madam busybody's attitude was enough to make me want to never come back here. I probably still will at some point in the near distant future because I'm a s***** for these.

Asked for a cinnamon pretzel and was told they were out. When we asked how that was possible the clerk said "well,it would take ten minutes to make" like it was a total bother. We then asked if we could instead take cinnamon nuggets at pretzel price since they were out and the clerk's attitude was worse in saying that couldnt be done. Why pay this person to work for you when they dont earn their check. I will be contacting the corporate office. Our visit was around 4 pm on tues sept 25.
Literally the nicest woman I have met in a long time works here. She deserves a customer service award, seriously. I didn't get her name, but she is African American and has her hair up in what looks like cornrows? Awesome!
