Worst Burger King ever or maybe worst burger ever.. they confused order, burger was uncooked. Terrible management, need more personnel. The state of New Jersey needs to step in and check this establishment. People are going to get food poisoning. Please closed it up..

We frequent BK for years and never had a problem until today. Went to Monmouth mall and ordered chk nuggets, fries, water and a ice cream in a cup. The I cream machine wasn't working and the cup filled partially. The person who helped us said that the machine needs a few minutes, my wife waited a few minutes and the so called manager Daniel filled the cup that was sitting there half melted and pushed it to my wife. My wife said she wanted a new one because it's half melted and Daniel said it's fine! My wife insisted and Daniel got a new cup and partially filled it and pushed it towards my wife. Now understand the ice cream costs $1 and when my wife asked Daniel if he did it on purpose he said yes because there was nothing wrong with the first one and he walked to the back. So Daniel is the manager and I am not telling BK how to run its restaurants but why? For a $1? Where is the customer service?? Not going back there, food is good but this guy shouldn't be public facing. Vinny G

Rude customer service. Closed the window right in our face as we asked a question and gave us the wrong order. Horrible. All of the lights were turned off at 8:45pm , and could not even see the menu to order.
Tried the chicken sandwich here. 10 dollars for the meal, NOT worth it, at all. Sandwich was cold, and tasted like they ordered it from another Burger King, and then put it in the fridge for a week. It tasted SUPER off. Even the onion rings, which BK is known for, tasted off. The next day I got some of the worst shits ever from this place. Burger King, especially this one, is not the same one that I grew up with.

The young women cashier at the window was rude. No good customer service here.The gentleman that handed me the food was a little more pleasant. Actually a lot more pleasant.The food was cold. I'm only giving it a one star rating because I have to to get posted. Otherwise this would get minus zero.I took the grandbabies there to give them the drive-through experience. First time. None of us were impressed. So sad. I remember when customer service was number one. And how much are these people getting paid an hour. If you're getting $15 an hour they are not worth it.
