I really like Chickfila. I'm really impressed with Chickfila's customer service. At just about every location except the brand new Eatontown, NJ location. There's something seriously off here. I had one out of 10 good experiences here but with the repeated odd or disappointing ones I've decided I'd rather go to Wawa or travel the extra distance to the Chickfila down the road in Oakhurst (also brand new, but very well run).The Eatontown location needs a do-over and get a new start on the right foot.A few suggestions:Be more enthusiastic at the front counterGreet with a smileLook the customer in the eyeHave more energy and courtesyHave the inside lights on.Be more communicativeDon't play rap music inside the drive up window areaBe ready to assist if a guest needs a refillMove guests through fasterThese suggestions are to help. Super slow service. Waited about fifteen minutes for three regular #1 chicken sandwiches. Very convenient location. Food was average once we got it.

It is just poorly run. Not clean and honestly the staff seems dazed and confused. I cater from here for parties for the kids and everytime i come to pick it up i have to wait 15-20 mins. I ordered it yesterday and come after my pick up time. I almost dread pick up.

I was hoping that yelp came out with 1/2 stars for reviews. This Chik-fil-a needs to be closed or rehire a brand new crew. From management to cashiers. Upon entering the drive thru I was greeted friendly. By the end of the conversation she acted as if I was bothering her.. go figure ., your at work and you don't want to work . I waited 26 min in line only to get half my order and that was cold. I turned around and went inside. I waited 4min 22sec for the employees to finish having there private conversation in public. Once done they assisted me with my issue. I explained the missing items and the wrong item. The cashier apologized while intermittently playing with other employees. Once the transaction was complete I waited another 16 min for my food. Unprofessional staff, food was disgusting, and the entire store MISMANGED.

EDIT…. The good reviews you see are all from the mall location which has no drive through. The bad ones are the store on the corner by Best Buy.This place is really not good.Food is as it should be. But…..Most employees are rude.My order is always wrong. And when you ask to fix it. You get a look or a huff.The drive through is just a mess. Once I waited in line 45 minutes. I would have left but I was trapped in the line. It’s just one of the worst chik fil a locations I’ve ever seen. It truly is. There is no other way to say it. The other negative reviews are all accurate.Where is the owner seeing these and replying? It’s your business. Pay attention.

I love this Chik-Fil-A, but this one is poorly managed. The dining room and bathrooms were dirty, garbage overflowing. After seeing the mess inside I decided to go through the driveway as there was no line. I waited 20 mins and there were only two cars in front of me. My fries were cold by the time I got them. The staff almost seemed confused. I know a few others people that went here and they were also very disappointed. Management needs to be here day and night to get this store running smoothly.

Celebratong one year open today... thing is the buns were old and the chicken was cold... wait was a LONG time.... worst Chic I have ever been too. And soo much staff... they are choosing a diverse staff instead of a well trained one maybe... lady was pickup up trash outside with her hands because they cant find the broom. And the kid taking my order had the dirtest finger nail i have ever seen... no more fast food for me

i have gone 3 times in a row and everything iI have gone home I've realized I am missing food. What is the point of having so many employees if no one can do the job correctly.

If you come here be prepared to wait wait wait I ordered food to dine in 20 minutes waiting no one had an answer for we're my food was. It was sitting in the pick up section nobody here knows what they are doing I will never come here again
