Usually had a good experience at this restaurant, but not this time. Our waitress was not very attentive, as she neglected to give us silverware or napkins. She talked so fast and rushed our order, although I tried to tell her how I wanted my burger cooked, she rushed off. The same with my husband's steak. Both were overcooked to the point of having the texture of shoe leather. We won't be back, ever.

The food was good, but the service was slow. When our waiter brought out the food, we asked for ranch dressing (3 separate times), and it took about twenty minutes before he finally brought it out. By then, the food was cold. 😔

Very frustrating! Stood there waiting 10-15 min as waiters passed by with not even a hello or I’ll be right be with you, seemed like they were annoyed to receive 3 customers. Not sure if this is normal for a Friday at 4pm, and it did not look busy, I could only stand there for so long without being acknowledged and finally had to leave, worst chilis I’ve been to! 0 stars

It always seems kind of dark inside and often cold. We were sat quickly. Our server was the best ever. The food was okay. I got the chips and salsa and the triple dipper, it came out hot. The silverware and plates were not clean. The manager came out and explained the dishwasher was having issues and they are aware of the issue and working on it. He took money off the price of our bill, which was nice of him.

The food was good me and my boyfriend got the chicken and steak skillet and Being that we asked for the combo and we pay for the price for the double so that didn’t make any sense and it almost looks like we got the single and then I go into the bathroom and after I was done in the bathroom, I unlocked the bathroom stall door and next thing I know And it happens really quickly I couldn’t react the bathroom stall door fell and hit my left shoulder where I fell into the right hand side between the toilet and the wall I mean, thankfully I was OK, but I was definitely in shock

Chili's is a great go to restaurant, something for everyone, always friendly staff, etc... but I'm revising my review because of corporate practices and their severe shrink-flation.
Ordered 2 orders of half rack of ribs, which usually has around 5-7 ribs, but they brought out one order with 4 ribs and one with 3. So they took a half rack, cut it in half and served it at full price. Absolute ridiculousness. $21 for 3 ribs. SHAMEFUL.
