Didn’t even get to eat. Came in around 1 PM, not busy at all. Waited about 5 minutes at the hostess desk to be acknowledged. Three servers saw us and did not have the wherewithal to even say “we will be right with you.” Why stay to eat if you aren’t even welcoming when we first come through the door. It’s a shame, used to be a frequented spot in the past.

INCOMPETENT STAFF HORRIBLE MANAGER! Didn’t even attempt to sit our party and insisted it would be too close to their closing time, being that we arrived almost 2 hours prior. Poor communication with hosts being that they had already estimated a sitting time of 20-30 mins. Not surprised if we were racially profiled and prejudiced! Would give it ZERO STARS if possible.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla dinner and this is what I got. A chicken breast on top of lettuce and part of a cheese quesadilla on top. I tried repeatedly to talk to someone at the restaurant and couldn’t get through. We also ordered ribs and only one side ordered arrived. We will never order from here again. I spent $70.00 dollars to get screwed. Save your money and order elsewhere.

i am actually very disappointed with my experience at this particular chili’s the other night. the manager—in a pink shirt—was the one to seat my party of 4 plus a small child, and VERY rudely remarked that the child had to be sat in between two adults inside of the table [understandable] instead of outside. we all felt very put off by that, but still did as asked and said nothing. we placed our drink orders with the server, 4 waters plus a child water with lemon’s on the side and 4 marg’s of the month. You could imagine my surprise when someone (a different server, tall and broad with curly hair) brought our full table ONE water. Yes, one water. Eventually, my chips and salsa handled by the server with the early 2006 Joe Jonas hair cut, with the chips was the child water that he basically threw down on the table. I thought, “Hmm… weird,” but I decided not to dwell on it. We asked this same server for straws and he brought them, then proceeded to throw them on the table. Now, I understand working under a lot of stress and pressure—especially in a restaurant, i’ve been there. it’s rough—but wow, just wow. Let’s not even get into how i got the wrong pasta, then it wasn’t until i was done eating, ready to pay and leave, do get the queso i, and the rest of my party, continually asked for every time my server passed by. The chips were crumbs at this point and my queso wasn’t dead, but it sure wasn’t fresh skillet queso. Probably my worst Chili’s experience ever. I’ve come to this Chili’s a lot and never experienced anything like this, but I won’t be back. Thanks SO much for the amazing experience and stellar service.
