They have so many tables and they were all covered in food and sticky… bathroom didnt even have toilet paper. Not even understaffed. And the trash can is erupting.

I should’ve listened to my wife.
She’s been trying to convince me to stop going to this Chipotle, and even contacted corporate about our experiences. Today, I made the mistake of ordering through the app — mainly because the last time I visited, they told me I needed to use the app to redeem a special offer.
When I arrived to pick up my food, I asked about the salad dressing and was told, “We’re out,” and this was during lunchtime. To make matters worse, when I got home, I realized they had forgotten the guacamole — which I redeemed as a free reward through the app.
My wife refuses to even step foot in this location anymore because of the consistently bad attitudes. And now, I’m done too.
From now on, I’ll drive the extra distance to Sea Girt for Chipotle. At least there, I can expect better service — and to actually get what I ordered.

This is by far the dirtiest Chipotle in the state. If I didn't order ahead I would have left after opening door. No stocked utensils, no napkins, sticky floors, food all over the floor (both where you eat and where they prepare). Disgusting

Tried the vegan bowl with rice and beans at Chipotle and I’ve got to say—it really hit the spot! Simple, fresh, and surprisingly satisfying.
The white rice was fluffy, the black beans well-seasoned, and the addition of fajita veggies, guac, corn salsa, and a splash of hot sauce brought the whole bowl to life. The portion was generous, and everything tasted super fresh.
I love that Chipotle makes it easy to customize and eat clean—even as a vegan. The guacamole alone deserves a shoutout: creamy, flavorful, and worth the hype.
Service was ok . Quick .. quantity was a little less than other chipotle . Taste was good . Lots of parking outside . Lots of space inside to sit and eat ..
💚 Great go-to for a quick, filling vegan meal! Will definitely be back.

A really disappointing experience. Not too long of a wait but the staff was rude. They were told three of us were ordering together and proceeded to take two of their orders and try to get them to pay before even taking the the final order. Right before the last person ordered they removed a bunch of items to fill up. When we asked for things, they would just snap “we’re out” rather than saying something like, “sorry they are refilling that now” so the last person didn’t even get several things they wanted. The food was also wasn’t the freshest. Definitely not the best Chipotle I have ever been to.

I was at Chipotle near Monmouth Mall in Ocean township NJ on Friday June 13, 2025 at approximately 7:30pm. The team behind the counter were not pleasant at all. They weren’t rude per se, but not a smile or even welcoming demeanor. As I was ordering my bowl, I heard the lady behind the counter tell the customer in front of me that there was no more pico de gallo. When I asked to confirm that’s what she said, she said “the tomatoes are finished”. I was bummed but already had my rice, beans and protein in the bowl so i continued with my order minus the pico de gallo. As I’m at the register paying for my order, I look over to the left side where the to go and online orders are being processed and I see side containers of pico de gallo being prepared. So I say to the cashier “you have pico over here though”. Her response “that’s for people that have ordered and paid already” I responded with “I don’t understand, pico is not an extra charge and I am right here in person ordering and paying for my meal and being told there is no pico” she just kept responding with “that’s for orders that have already been paid for”. I realized debating with her would be useless so I paid for my order and left. The customer service was poor at best and I will NEVER patronize this Chipotle franchise while visiting NJ again, nor will I ever recommend anyone I know to. The franchise owners need to train their employees who were on shift that evening some basis customer service. When I returned home and told my sister, who lives in the area, what happened, she was not surprised at all. She says although that is the closest location to her, she drives to the Wall location instead.

The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Rude/not caring staff. Burrito falling apart, small portions, and no flavor in the food itself. The place is also a dump, overflowing trash cans, and dirty tables. Worst of all they ran out of white rice at 8:20 and said they weren’t refilling because they’re closing soon meanwhile they don’t close until 11. Take the drive to a different chipotle next time you’re craving some because you won’t get it here.
