food is usually good, but sometimes especially with takeout or pickup on the app, they’ll put only a little bit of protein. Last time I ordered online, my first 3 or 4 bites were straight rice and no chicken. Usually, they do just fine and it hits the spot.

The absolute worst Chipotle experience. Manager lacks any professionalism. They open late, give attitude and I cannot imagine the low level of care that goes into food. Refused to serve me at 11 am even though they "open" 10:45. Told me to "back off" when I pointed it out. Meanwhile online orders kept getting picked up. Manager would not provide name. NEVER again.

I ordered a bowl and chips and salsa on DoorDash and I never got the corn salsa I ordered, they put 10 CHIPS in my bag. And my bowl was horrible, they gave me uncooked fajitas and barely any rice. I’m pissed.

Let me ask you something. If you were the customer and I was the worker, would you be happy with cold food and missing items that you spent your money on? Got three bowls and all the cheese and beef was cold. Oh and the chips and salsa that’s $10. Didn’t give that to us either. They can’t even answer the phone either. This place is unbelievable

i was having a great day and went to my local chipotle i went to order my usual which is a burrito and the man working puts on a sliver of rice when i asked for more he looked pissed off and said it would be extra. All the tables were filthy and it wasnt possible to eat there. the garage was overflowing and i dont know who operates this place but its disgusting.

Went during peak lunch time and the staff was efficient at keeping the line moving. Michael was especially efficient in getting everyone’s orders done and had the line moving down to a science.

Why is everyone who works here mad and look like they hate their job? The location is a mess the counter with the utensils is filthy. Does the manager even can about their store cause it literally looks like they gave up just like their staff. I’ve been in the service industry for the most of my career and I have never seen such a sad group of people. Not to mention their portions are much smaller than most chipotle. Take the extra ten minutes and go to the one in Shrewsbury everyone there is nice the store is clean and you get exactly what you pay for and they don’t leave sour cream on the lid of your container.
