Have been going to this Domino's for years and I have to say that the new staff are absolutely AMAZING!!! Such an improvement! If you see bad reviews, check the date. They were probably old ones.

I have been trying to redeem my points since last Friday. For some reason I wasn’t able to it so I decided to drive to the store and ask for help from an employee.There were between 4-6 employees at the store at the time. No one showed any interest about helping me at first, then one of the employees tried helping me placing the order on the app. Again, for some odd reason we couldn’t. She apologized and said Domino’s never gave them any training regarding these issues. It was disappointing since I took my time and spent gas to drive there. My 11 year old son was home excited for the food I was going to bring him. I had to tell him a white lie saying the store was closed due to thanksgiving weekend. The main reason I’m writing this review and didn’t purchase the food without redeeming my rewards, is the fact that, besides the female employee who tried to help me, every other employee in the store was giving me the side eye and one in particular was staring at me in a very sarcastic way and smirking. It was humiliating to say the least. I drove back home crying!Oh… I forgot to mention that one of the employees was banging things around in a very loud and disrespectful way. The female worker who was trying to help me actually said something to him…TWICE! He paid no attention and kept on doing it! Shame on him!So unprofessional!Claudia Balderrama

Just gonna leave n1 star claimed my free pizza to watch them put it together with no gloves take it out cut it add topping and put back in the oven I hate confrontation so I threw it away do not go here no gloves just touching everything putting the pizzas together then on phone rubbing hands on clothes filthy

New owner has no idea how to run a service business. He hires people who can't read basic English instructions which leads to my order being ruined. They don't add enough quantity for toppings and add random toppings and forget to add the toppings I asked

Waited 2 1/2 hours for my pizza. Just awful. I would strongly advise not using Dominos and use any other choices. This store and probably most are not run very well.

New staff has no idea what they are doing. Orders take forever with three people standing around playing on phone or chatting. Then they dumped the food out of the tray into the oven and have to remake it so all the other food gets cold while waiting. Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience". No customer service skills.Edit: After all of the above, they tried to hand me icing for chicken and pizza, insisted that was correct when I advised them it was not, and then finally gave me the sauce I ordered.The tots are both burnt and undercooked.
