it’s a hit or miss coming here, very inconsistent SERVICE, the morning crew are cordial and polite, the evening crew are extremely rude and have no manners… there are no “thank you” in their personality to speak of, and they are quick with an attitude when u can’t understand what they are saying.. maybe they should not be handling the customer experience at all (si no te gusta tu trabajo, busca otro Pepe)

Manager Needs to Contact Me ASAP!!!!

WORST EMPLOYEE IN STORE —> White guy with Petite Goatee beard.
This was hands-down the MOST disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at any Dunkin, and management needs to contact me immediately. I pulled up to the drive-thru and simply asked for a receipt so I could add my points on the app. Instead of helping, the employee went out of his way to be rude and dismissive. He kept repeating that the “only way” to get points is to scan before ordering — which is NOT true, because customers can add points manually with a receipt.

When I asked him to call his manager, he actually slammed the drive-thru window in my face and told me he wasn’t doing anything for me. Then he told me to “get out of here” and used abusive language. This wasn’t a misunderstanding — this was straight-up hostility and an employee who clearly thinks he can talk to customers however he wants.

This level of unprofessionalism is disgusting. I expect someone from management or corporate to reach out to me immediately because this behavior cannot be ignored. Customers should NEVER be treated like this.

Terrible experience. Ice cold, uncooked food. And to boot no one answers the phone so I cant get it fixed . How do serve your customers if they can't contact you.... wrong/bad food and non-existent service to fix the problem. Sure fire way to lose customers, nice work.

After being on line waiting to order for 15 minutes, we stood at the counter another 10 minutes waiting to be taken care of. While waiting, another customer who had already ordered, came up and was asking when his medium coffee would be ready, as he ad been waiting for just a coffee for 25 minutes. The woman behind the counter looked at him and then rudely turned her back to him and walked away. We decided we would not be put in this same situation of waiting this long, but mostly wouldn't want to give our business to a place this rude. We left and found a Starbucks not so far away and was greeted and taken care of with very good customer service.

The $6 bacon egg n cheese. N medium coffee. Is super deal. . Super fresh. Im actually impressed. Very comfortable even in Newark New Jersey. Elizabeth Ave. Very pleasant people working there .. n im an old Whyte guy

I order from this place all the time. I get my usual iced coffee and that’s about it. coffee is usually good and never had any issues with staff. The only downside is limited parking. There’s only like 10 parking spots and half of them are for the workers. And if it’s really busy there’s drive thru line goes out to the road.

Disgusting. I saw flies in the bathroom, no paper in the bathroom, and tissue paper all over the floor. The employees were too busy joking around to care, while delivery drivers walked in with their own food. They paid more attention to that than to actual customers. Completely filthy and unprofessional — never coming back. That’s why I’d rather go to Starbucks than a Dunkin’ Donuts, this was horrible. 😠😡

I've been to Dunkin all over the country I'm a big fan of the coffee. This location always seems under staffed. I see it's a busy location but they should be staffed to accommodate the extra business. I went twice each time it was a long wait.

Nice service was good, little extra time but that's fine. All drinks were made correctly overall food was good, bacon egg cheese tasted good bagel just tad slightly over toasted.
