I went to get a bacon egg and cheese on a TOASTED bagel from DD in Eatontown, by the CVS.. The bagel was microwaved, soft with no crunch. Barely any bacon on it. I had to go to the DD on Hope Rd where they get it right. I asked for the same order and got exactly what i ordered. TOASTED means toasted.

But I would like to imagine that Duncan is just more than donuts like you can get a lot of things dunked here like you can get dunked on, you can give the dunks. Dont waste your time going to this location! The management is absolutley HORRIBLE.I've been here 2x in one week both terrible expericnes. This location should consider hiring staff who take pride in customer satisfaction. Dunkin Little Silver here I come (running emoji)

The service was horrible, greeted with a nasty attitude, the girl who serviced me didn't even have the good sense to wear gloves when handling my munchkins. Oh by the way, my hash browns were burned and my breakfast sandwiches were cold. When I asked for a receipt she would not give it to me. I then gave her back my munchkins which appeared to be crushed with her fingers when she put them in the bag and she took my bag denying me a replacement or refund. When I asked her if I could speak to her manager, she said no. She then proceeded to call her manager giving her side of the story without giving me an opportunity to speak to her manager. I was then instructed to leave the property or face the police. When I requested the items that I had paid for or a refund she became extremely belligerent and proceeded to call the police. Is this how you treat a paying customer? I'm sure that the corporate office will be interested in learning about how disrespectful Dunkin Donuts servers are at the Eatontown, NJ location.

The worst DUNKIN iv been to I ordered turkey sausage wrap and I told them please toast it good It wasn’t even fully cooked Turky sausage wasn’t even warm. I threw it out I also ordered a small mango pineapple with green tea n they put more green tea then the pineapple syrup. What kind of workers r u guys hiring. I had to rush to work n I spend money to throw it out! Save ur money n go to another Dunkin that cares
