Dunkin' is dunkin' and we all love it. I stopped going for a while because they never made my coffee right. My coffee ended up perfect this time, and I can't wait to return! The employee was super friendly and cheerful. It was nice not to have someone bring rude (like it was years ago). They also remodeled a little bit ago so it's all updated.

Food and donuts are usually fresh and delicious!! Service is not consistent, one day it's excellent, one day it's like having small children serving you, which is aggravating!!!!

The 148 Main St. location in Eatontown, NJ is the best one I have been to so far. Liz the manager, and Brittany the assistant manager, hold it down nicely in the mornings and are consistently nice, helpful and professional. The staff in the mornings and evenings alike are all nice people and helpful. Justin is the coolest and most helpful dude who manages the night crew. Coffee is good, food ain't bad either and they have never gotten my order wrong :)
