The minute I walked into Ember & Eagle, I knew I was in for something special. Everything we ordered was perfection! Our table of 6 had octopus, black sea bass, tuna, qual, beef tartar, wavy beef short rib, salad, gnocchi… everything. And the wine list was impressive.

The owner, Cory, took the time to explain the menu! Service was amazing.

Bottomline: go!!

A MUST TRY!!! I’d like to start off by saying the manager Holly, waiter Marco and Hostess Brielle are all amazing! We had a reservation at butchers block and after waiting over an hour we were never seated. I called ember and eagle on a busy Friday night and despite having no open reservations Holly treated us like royalty, she told the valet we were coming, she told the hostess and personally came over to introduce herself and check in with us. This really stood out to me and I thank holly for that!

Marco was our waiter and was extremely kind and attentive. He was extremely knowledgeable on the menu and made great recommendations when ordering. Also want to give compliments to the chef and let management know they need to do whatever they can to keep him because every plate we had was fantastic!

We started off with the pecorino zeppole. Recommended my Marco, and although an interesting combination it was one of my favorites. The sliced prosciutto with the zeppole and cheese was great! The tuna carpaccio was also recommended and is a top choice for when we come back! That Japanese rice cake was the perfect touch! For dinner we had a filet and a tomahawk ribeye both cooked wonderfully and the presentation of these as well as all the other dishes was beautiful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Parmesan fries with the truffle sauce on the side. Again, recommended by Marco and it paired wonderfully. For dessert we had the chocolate pear which was dark chocolate and super rich in flavor.

The way we were treated by all the staff says so much. Everyone was super kind and accommodating. Marco talked with us the whole night, Holly came and said goodnight to us and thanked us for coming, even the valet guys remembered my name. This is how you want to feel and be treated when you go out to eat at an upscale restaurant, and the team at ember and eagle really focused on that. We will definitely be putting this on our list of top restaurants and plan on being regulars here! A MUST TRY!!!

Service was awful, sat at the bar for 20 minutes without being noticed. Bar manager that was working was chatting with friends in the corner and payed no mind to the customers. This was my second time going and will certainly be my last. Save your money for somewhere else that will actually give the kind of service you’re paying for.

Truthfully didn’t know what to expect when first approaching restaurant. No visible signs, that I saw on road , surrounded by a beautiful golf course. After entering was euphoria . From greeting to seating . Service was impeccable, menu was fantastic and the food was as delicious as it possibly could be. Can’t say much more.

No expense spared between the restaurant and bar. 10 out of 10. Our bartender Chris was professional classy and made perfect drinks. Nothing watered down amazing. The Burger should be featured on tv by far the best I’ve ever had. Whatever the mix or ground beef is on the burger is perfect. Live music was great excellent spot .

Beautiful decor, very attentive staff, excellent food.
If you go, you must try the Prime beef tartare served with bone marrow. The Zeppole with prosciutto and honey is amazing as well.

Pecorino zeppoles and house bread were excellent starters—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect way to begin the meal. The steak was outstanding, especially paired with the creamy broccoli rabe, which was a unique and delicious twist. Our waiter, Chris, was incredibly helpful in guiding our choices and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We ended on a high note with a trio of desserts—the brownie, crème brûlée, and s’mores—which were all amazing. A fantastic dining experience from start to finish.
