A MUST TRY!!! I’d like to start off by saying the manager Holly, waiter Marco and Hostess Brielle are all amazing! We had a reservation at butchers block and after waiting over an hour we were never seated. I called ember and eagle on a busy Friday night and despite having no open reservations Holly treated us like royalty, she told the valet we were coming, she told the hostess and personally came over to introduce herself and check in with us. It used to be Gibbs Hall back in the day part of the old military fort , used for gatherings banquets ..and such , But it is absolutely even more Beautiful now the ambience and the decor .definitely modern . Food , amazing it’s fresh , it’s unique and well balanced, the service was excellent from start to finish , thanks to our server Chris and Christy last night 10/15
