I had firebirds two weeks ago in Memphis Tennessee, and the steak taste was amazing. Firebirds in New Jersey is good but in Memphis is better. I just wrote this note so you can guys know the difference.

Nice restaurant in Monmouth Mall. It has been there for quite a few years and it's only 1 mile from my residence. I still don't know if it's a chain restaurant or not but I feel the prices are too dear for the ambiance. Something is amiss. I can't figure it out. Allison, our server, is a sweetie though. Food is good....another positive there. It feels like diner, like the seating trying to be posh if that makes any sense. Let's put it this way.....posh prices for a mall meal.

We otherwise had a good time. Our drinks and soups were fine. (My martini was served with liquid not even close to the rim, but I wasn't going to complain about that.) Our server, Alyssa, was perfectly lovely and very attentive. However, it dawned on us when we got home that our Bruschetta Chicken Pasta (we each ordered the same thing) had no discernible burrata in it. We each agreed it was good - but underwhelming. When we got home we realized why - - where was our burrata?! It's really disingenuous to describe the dish that way and not include it. That's what made me order the dish. You shouldn't have to have a good memory between when you order the dish and when it finally arrives.

We ate here after a day a Atlantic City beach. The service and food were both great. The ambiance was casual but slightly upscale. Drinks were great! We plan to come back.

It's been awhile since we visited, Jillian was great, food not as good as last time. Grilled chicken with veggies was ok, very small piece of chicken, veggies were very good. Chicken Asiago had only three pieces of chicken and sauce was more tomato than the promised Asiago cream sauce. Honey garlic chicken with asparagus was good but again very small piece of chicken. The three ‘hot' meals were just warm. Wr'll try it again at a slightly later time when the kitchen might be more alive.

Four Veterans had an OUTSTANDING PrimeRib meal. Cooked just right. Extra salad was very tasty. Our server, Annie, took very good care of us. And we all appreciate Firebirds offering free meals to Veterans on Veterans Day. Thank you. David Fenwick

My meal wa ordered and delivered before my wife's. Her meal came 10-15 miuntes later. Finally, the server brought bread so that my wife could eat something while I was eating so that my food would not get cold. Otherwis excellent. We eat here periodically and this has never happened before.

Connor was our waiter and did a fabulous job. He was very attentive and made sure we were never without. My wife and I both had the Prime Rib. Though the meat was a little fatty, it was tender and cooked the way we like it. Firebirds is a little pricey, but when you can get there it is an enjoyable time.

I requested to sit in the bar area and the hostess very pleasantly gave me the table I requested. The noise level was moderate because we were in the bar area. Our steak and prime rib were cooked to,perfection. Our waiter, Kurt, was courteous and attentive. The ambiance is terrific. Our whole meal was delicious. We will not be strangers.

I just sat at the bar here so my review is based on that. The vibes and decor here are . Really really beautiful and welcoming and warm! We only stayed for happy hour and I had a yummy dirtini martini with blue cheese stuffed olives!
Second time for dinner. Pleasant dining. Nice service. Large portions. Good all around experience. Dined a month ago so it's not fresh on my mind.

We have a family party of 5 and made a reservation online for Labor Day Saturday dinner. We were being seated in a comfortable long booth. Place is getting busy, but spacious so its not noisy. Decoration is cozy and nice. We have ordered appetizer rings, and main dishes: chicken, hamburger, shrimp pasta, ribs, and steak; sides dishes are mashed potatoes, mushrooms, salad. Pasta is slightly salty, all other dishes are delicious, especially the ribs. Portion size is sufficient. Soda is free refilled. We have also signed up for the “insider friends” and received a $10 coupon. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and will come again.

I would say this place ranks right up in my top 54 great all-around dining experience. Super large dining and seating areas, beautiful decor and wonderful dining atmosphere, excellent well-trained weight staff and most importantly the food is unbelievable and big portions! Menu is fantastic with so much to choose from

Sides are mushrooms, salad, mashed potatoes. Food is delicious, pasta is little salty, ribs is very good. We joined the “insider club” on line and used a $10 coupon which is nice.

I saw an ad for this place on social media. So we decided to try it. Being older we don't eat as much, so we decided to share a prime rib entree. Our wonderful waitress made sure it was divided before it was delivered. Right down to the baked potato with everything on it. The prime rib was really tender. We definitely will be returning!
