I felt compelled to write this review due to the excellent service from Ms. Zariah! She was so professional, speedy and accommodating with my recent order of guess what?! Ice Cream! I wanted to mention this particular order because usually the ice cream machine is down and out of service, but Ms. Zariah made sure the ice cream machine worked and gave me exactly what I asked for. Thanks again. And I will be returning to this location.

What can you say about a cookie cutter location? The food that I expected to receive is exactly what I got and it tasted like every McDonald's everywhere. The good news is the food here was hot, including the french fries. Let me repeat that... Including the french fries.

I ordered 2 $5 dollar meal deals and forgot one of my mcchickens!!! Also when I was ordering my food through the drive-thru I asked the worker if they had diet coke they told me no and than when I asked them what drinks were available they told me there was diet coke!! terrible service, please do better!

Been going to this McDonald's for 40 years. Seen all the changes. I have to say it was great back then...its a different experience nowadays. Most of the time I go through the drive thru because the inside is depressing. I have to say I have not gotten my orders correct, there is always something missing or the order is completely wrong. Drive thru team needs more training. Hope it gets better.

Came here for lunch ordered a McDouble plain and there was everything on it. I tried to give it back but I got a serious attitude like it was my fault. So I left with and empty stomach

I had to use the bathroom because I had diarrhea and there was no toilet paper in the men’s room. I called the number 6 times and they hung up repeatedly on me. They sent someone to check the bathroom and he did not help me or care to check the ONLY stall in the bathroom. I had to call my coworker to come over and help me because nobody working at this establishment helped me. I was stuck in the bathroom for 15 minutes with no help. The staff were incredibly inconsiderate of how this made me feel. They told me they thought I was prank calling them. Who prank calls people about needing toilet paper???? I have filed a report to corporate and hope that this ineptitude is swiftly dealt with. Shame on this establishment and shame on the staff for leaving me stuck in the bathroom with diarrhea and no toilet paper. I am utterly appalled. Do not go to this McDonald’s, just go to the one in shrewsbury across from the quick check. They are beyond undeserving of your dirty dollar

I wanted to see what the hype was all about regarding the new Big McChicken. Let's talk about how this was overrated! The Big Mac is definitely better. Send this sandwich back to the marketing team!
