?it's not good, service you have to ask them to bring you this and that, the napkins where the services come are dirty like they use them again, they even bring dog hair......it leaves a lot to be desired

My family and I went on a Friday at 8 pm. My husband ordered chicken alfredo, my daughter shrimp alfredo, and I ordered 5 cheese ziti. My daughter’s food came out first and I could tell from across the table that it was cold, the noodles were old, and cold the alfredo like warm at best. A different server brought out her replacement meal and the noodles were wrong spaghetti vs fettuccine, old, and cold as was the alfredo sauce was cold again. The 3rd time was a charm miraculously but I won’t be returning to that restaurant.

Very good service, and yes, the salad and bread sticks are good. It's just the sauce and quality of the chicken cutlets don't match up to a local Italian restaurant. That's more of a problem for the chain as a whole and not this location. Location was clean and service was spot on.

My daughter is working in NJ this week, we are from LI. I went to meet her yesterday & stay over. I've always loved Olive Garden. The one by me in Massapequa closed. We picked Olive Garden & everything was awesome. Sebastian was our server. Very sweet, funny & personable. He's a great server! Our food was delicious & service was great. Everyone who works there is very nice & all the other diners looked & sounded like they had a really nice time there. My daughter & I did! Thanks Sebastian!
