I go in there once a week and I ordered the same thing. The three entrées with the one side I’m always satisfied. Today I went and got the same exact thing like I’ve been doing for almost a year now and the guy gives me 2 1/2 pieces of small chicken per order. It didn’t even cover the plate. That’s how small the chicken was and I complained about it. I said that’s not enough chicken And he goes back into the bowl and pick a smaller piece of chicken and give it to me so I walked out just lost business. It’s ridiculous and I go there faithfully.

Manager very rude and the staff didn’t want to help. Manager refused to make extra food for us and they told us that they closed 8:30 by the website shows that they close 9! And they didn’t want us to eat inside and it was still 20 mins to the closing hours! They also want to charge us for a plate that wasn’t full because they didn’t want to make more! The manager night must be fired, no wonder why this location reviews are bad!

They are nasty! I saw roaches in the corner—never again! The lady even touched money and then touched my food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. I instantly walked out. Definitely calling the board of health!

The place is clean. The people are so friendly. Good food, not greasy. I suggest you get the family meal instead of individual bowl. Overall a happy experience.

So I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and I left them a good review because everything was great. The last four times I’ve come it’s steadily been running downhill so my visit today looks like everyone jumped off the hill half of the drive-through is always closed. The person serving the food to the customers inside appears to have to serve the customers in the drive-through this creates an issue because for some reason, he’s helping two people at one time so you think he’s pulling your food out, but it appears he’s pulling the food for the drive-through The kid looks like he’s miserable doesn’t respond to your question or acknowledge. He heard what you said this makes him have to go back-and-forth on the line. I don’t see how this is cost-effective. When your customer service drops your employees are miserable and the other thing is it’s starting to look like a New York bodega in here with all of the other things they’re trying to sell you at the register if I wanted a refresher, I would go to Starbucks other thing is the cashier is wearing rubber gloves for some odd reason because taking your money and putting it in the cash draw then grabbing your change which comes out of an automatic dispenser facing the register instead of the customer with the gloves on then grabs food and puts it in the bag makes absolutely no sense. I think if they had a surprise inspection from anyone from panda express corporate, they probably would be disenfranchised from the brand

Han took care of me from the second I walked in the door, till I left. He hooked me up on my food and I was very happy about it! He treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I was very happy with the food and his service!

I hate being cheated. I paid extra for Honey Walnut shrimp and they gave me like 3 pieces. This is disgusting I'm hungry af wondering how this is legal. Life sucks
