Service is gteat from staff. The food, however, is a totally different case. The chicken was overdone and dry. It's bad enough that they went up on the price, but they can at least do better with the quality of food going out to the customers.

Lazy and rude people work here, throwing your food ,they clearly hate there job or something, so why work you would ask,nice question.Long wait and dirty environment, everything is greasy, starting from the floor, ceiling, and all the surface , bad packing plus NBA throws definitely don’t help neither , all in all bad feeling about this place!

Was totally disappointed with what they sent me thru food delivery...dried up leather nuggets and scraped from the bottom Mac n cheese, guess if you're not actually there they send you the old food that's been sitting. I go there often with no problem in person but then again I can take unacceptable food back. So beware of the delivery food. Shame on Popeyes.

Yet again, order is wrong. Pay for items that are more money and they give you the wrong food. Order 5 piece chicken, normal chicken that comes with biscuits and all, and they give you chicken tenders. Order bacon and cheese spicy chicken sandwich, yet again, just get chicken and buns. This is getting ridiculous. Only find out when you get home that they messed it up. It says clearly on the receipt what was ordered, and it's just completely wrong. The entire thing.

Zero stars!!!! Every single time I've been here, the order has been wrong. The employees are nasty. They treat you like you are trying to get over when you point out mistakes. It's insulting. One time I drove all the way home and realized I had everything but the chicken. How can they forget the chicken? It's just awful. I've been driving to neptune to the one on 35. It's never an issue. Don't get me wrong the food at both are equally delicious. Eatontown has no clue .
