Shout out Andrew D- he’s always on point. I appreciate shake shacks increase in free food/rewards somewhat frequently. Enjoyed my free chicken shack today.

Shake Shack is always on point but, I need to take a second and express how amazing this staff is. My Uber Eats driver brought me a shovel (yes a shovel) instead of my burger. I called to see what actually happened to the burger. That will remain a mystery however, the manager told me to come down and they’d make me fresh one. On top of being extremely pleasant and accommodating, they made a surprise one for my dog!! These guys are great and deserve to be applauded!

Absolutely Amazing fresh burgers, Top Tier customer service and atmosphere was MINDBLOWING. it was my first time and i loved it. A real place with real food, it’s worth the price. The 1 hour 30 minutes drive was worth it.

I go here for Lunch almost everyday and I get the same order, Conner makes the place come alive by the way he greets customers and people who frequently come in he remembers which is so nice. Love coming here for lunch!

I just left your store rec say james lady served us says marlo.say shes manager? Rec time 422 amount refunded 31.42. for 2 dbl chees burgers.all we asked her is about 1doll app sodas.she said not aval at that location.all i told her that seems unfair we spent alot money.i nev said she did it .her response please review tape .it is what it is nasty to me.i walked away to table your manager? Came out walked towards my table saying will throw us out.! She refunded my card! I nev yell or cursed .she harassed me in an empty rest! I left complaint on text.we went to chilis 10 bks free chips sida fries burger,and your employee came out yelling at me to my seat review your tape

Nothing to dislike. The food was amazing! The manager, Amahl, was very kind and helpful when teaching us step by step how to use the kiosk. When it was mentioned that it was my birthday and I passed my road test, he paid for my for my shake out of pure kindness and generosity.
