Nothing to dislike. The food was amazing! The manager, Amahl, was very kind and helpful when teaching us step by step how to use the kiosk. When it was mentioned that it was my birthday and I passed my road test, he paid for my for my shake out of pure kindness and generosity.

Fries and the shake were good, I ordered a hot dog with cheese sauce and chopped up bacon, and hot a regular hot dog with nothin on it, I also ordered a smoke house burger and they put over 100 cherry peppers on the burger and the bun was super soggy, that chef needs to get checked

The food is consistently good, however we received exceptional service from Amahl, who came to our table twice to ask how everything was. This was the first time this happened, and it really enhanced our experience.

Service was fine, nice people and clean place. Burger flavor just wasn't what expected, the chicken bites were just not great even with sauce. The parmesan fries with truffle sauce was very good and the beverages. Place overall was fine just maybe not all menu items equal, good for fast food to fill you up.

This was the best burger I have had in a very hot minute. WOOOOOOOOW burger of dreams
And the staff is so nice! Everyone is so friendly my husband and I were joking “wait, are we still in Jersey?” lol Connor the cashier and the manager are super lovely. My new favorite spot no doubt!

The burgers are incredible! We had the Shack burgers and a BLT, and both were delicious. That said, we saw a bunch of tables that were dirty (most of them in fact) and the place just felt run down.

They take so long for the order never in time black folks are nasty rude disrespectful staff are bad found a fly in my food instead of helping me they were fighting with he costumer don't come here no recommended they only treat good others black folks they are racist with others races don't come worst place ever smell so bad

It’s possible this Shake Shack is new, or possible the employees aren’t well trained, but we’ve been regular Shake Shack customers across 7 different cities and 5 different states for about 10 years, and this one wasn’t up to par. Main qualm is that you shouldn’t get to-go food here, as they do not have the capacity to support this. Only dine-in. For instance, every other Shake Shack in the country, will put the cheese for cheese fries ON THE SIDE(like most establishments; i.e. common sense), but this location provides you with soggier fries than the sub-par crinkle cuts you’d already received.

I’d drive down the road to Wendy’s for the same quality and bigger savings. Shake Shack is way too expensive to be having these simple issues.
