The baristas that work at this location are very incompetent. I ordered the Dubai drink. They don’t know the difference between pistachio pump and the pistachio cold foam. Even after confirming with the woman at the window, “I want 3 pumps of pistachio”- she handed me a regular Iced Matcha Latte. I then instructed her that the drink is missing the chocolate cold foam and the 3 pumps of pistachio. They took my drink and gave me half chocolate cold foam & half pistachio cold foam. No pumps of pistachio. That is highly disappointing considering the medium is $6. To spend that much money on a drink I very much enjoy and order frequently (from Neptune location- shoutout to them because they never get any drink order wrong!) I would expect my drink to be made correctly. You should consider having these baristas at this location trained by Neptune staff, respectfully.

I went to the starbucks a couple of days ago, and if the frigging blonde kid at the window stopped playing around with his co,workers? Maybe the orders would come out right . There was no half and half in my cup or splenda. i proceeded to tell him he hands me a cup with half n half and sugar packets if I wanted to make my own coffee.I would have went to the quit check behind your store that sounds like a plan to me

I do you get the atmosphere of that they will service particular type of people but if you don't fit the bill to them you probably won't get your order served right. I get this very uncomfortable feeling that I am not welcomed. Honestly I just wanted a A peaceful place to sit, drink something nice not receive a tasteless order, misorder, missing parts of an order or treated smuggling less. I'll just sit at the barns and nobles at least they are friendly.

The girl who took my order at the drive thru was so unbelievably nasty and agitated right off the bat. I asked for a specific drink that’s on the mobile menu and apparently it was too much work and she was insisting I order one of the other 3 options. She would cut me off before I could finish my requests. I ended up not even drinking my drink for fear that she did something to it. 100% will not be going back.

Eatontown Starbucks has been a hit or miss for me in the past. I was never a fan of the long lines and just being counted as a number and not a person. But I will say- It has changed! I had ordered my drink in drive thru and it was made incorrectly, I did not want to hold up the line, so I went around and went inside, the barista, Gabby, greeted me immediately, apologized for the wrong order and offered to correct it- which was great and very generous of her. Another time, I did an order pickup inside and it was raining..pouring, I went through the drive thru instead and when I got to the ordering station, the barista, Grace was very polite and stated she would grab my drink from the pickup counter and hand it to me in drive through- she was very polite, smiling, and personable. I also had interactions with David, when he is on drive-thru; he will always ask me if the drink is correct before I pull of, which is very kind of him. I would recommend this Starbucks if you’re looking for some coffee or a snack.

I had the best experience at the Eatontown Starbucks location!! I used the drive thru and i was greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic barista. At the window everything looked clean and put together. The barista that took my order (grace) was so nice at the window. My drink was delicious. I’m very pleased with the service I received!!

They don’t mix the drinks, everything always tastes light or like something is missing, employees aren’t very friendly. It has a drive thru, that’s the only good thing about this starbucks. For a company that relies on good customer service and personalization, this one isn’t at par with what I expect at starbucks.

I’m confused by all the glowing reviews about Grace's exceptional customer service. She was very rude when taking my order, cutting me off, rushing, and sighing whenever I spoke. I understand bad days happen, but this wasn’t cool. However, the girl at the window (I didn’t get her name) was very sweet and apologized for the terrible service. I come here often, but not after this—no thanks.
