Had my wedding at the Sheraton Grand ballroom and it was a dream came true! ANGEL, RAYNA, HEDI - I couldn’t have had a better team to work with! They made my wedding run smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure I can fully embrace the day. From Heidi planning everything from start to finish with me to Angel’s attentiveness making sure all the transitions run smoothly and setting up all my “do it yourself” decor, breaking everything down and boxing it up on a bell cart ready to go for the next day to Rayna butting up my train, collecting my heels & handing me a glass of champagne right after my ceremony. You all went above and beyond to make sure I can fully attend the day and not have to worry about a single thing except being in the moment and enjoying myself. All of my guests raved over the food saying that it was delicious, the beautiful atmosphere and the convenience it was to go from ceremony to cocktail to reception to after party and up the elevator to the rooms for overnight stay. They also made mention of the cleanliness of the hotel and their rooms. It was really such a magical day and a day my husband and I will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you again for everything!

The staff is nice and the rooms are clean but the air conditioning is old, does not make the rooms that cold and most importantly they are very loud. Very hard to sleep in the rooms. I think you should. Are sure the air conditioning is fixed before you come to this hotel.

Absolutely WONDERFUL stay. Room was spectacular, bed was very comfortable, pillows were perfect as well. Bri at the front desk was truly AMAZING and ensured that our check in was easy, answered every question we had, and made certain everything was taken care of. She is a true gem.

I was not initially excited to stay at a Sheraton brand, but this place is pretty great. Same ugly brutalist exterior that a lot of Sheraton's have, but it got an elegant, airy, minimalist renovation. An indoor outdoor pool, a bar restaurant that feels open and comfortable (just regular chain hotel food, nothing special). Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, shower reliable, toiletries above average. I would definitely return here if I was coming back. It's 60% cheaper than staying on the beach in a less, less carefully designed room. Beach is 10-15 min away. Front desk manager was fantastic, as was every front desk member I interacted with. House staff were all friendly and it seemed like folks were happy to be working there.

We love staying here every summer. We do weekend trips from North Jersey and LOVE the hotel. It is clean, the food and drinks are fabulous and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I have to give a shout out to Heaven who works the front desk. She is absolutely stellar and makes our trips even more enjoyable every time. She makes the check in process seamless, the stay comfortable and does it all with an amazing attitude and smile on her face!

Not the first time I’ve stayed and it won’t be the last!! Heavyn checked us in, she was wonderful!! All front desk staff was so nice during our 2 night stay! The rooms are always so clean, housekeeping does such a great job!! And though subtle, the hotel has a really nice scent piped throughout! Love it here!! Thank you for such a fabulous stay…. Again!!!!

Great hotel: friendly staff, everything is clean, rooms are new, well equipped and spacious. The gym is small but has good equipment and everything needed for a good workout. The indoor pool looks great! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in the area.
My husband and I had a great stay at the Eatontown Sheraton. The front desk staff member was so accommodating to our needs. We needed our room to be feather and down free due to severe allergies and asthma. Housekeeping was contacted and set up our room perfectly, removing all down items. We asked if we could check in early, and this was accommodated. We checked in 4 hours early and also got a late check out, 3 hours after the usual check out time. Our Marriott Platinum Elite status allowed us to get the early check in and late check out. Additionally, we were upgraded to a larger room.We were also able to use the Executive Lounge, which was a perk of our Platinum status. The Executive Lounge offers breakfast, snacks and beverages all day long, and sliders and fries in the evening. As Platinum Elite status, we were also provided with a free breakfast buffet that was extensive and delicious. Our hotel room was perfect. It was immaculate, spacious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. Even the towels appeared to be new, were large, and very plush. The lobby was beautiful, had gorgeous huge fresh flower arrangements that were so fragrant. Outside the entrance were beautiful hydrangeas. I enjoyed using the exercise room. It had a nice variety of things to use. There is an indoor/outdoor pool that is unique. Part of the pool is inside and part of it is outside. This hotel really honors and takes great care of Marriott Platinum Elite status. We had such an enjoyable stay, that we hope to return there again.

Excellently maintained. Rooms are perfect, large size, bed was perfect, bathroom is new and spotlessly clean. All as expected with Marriott. Sales associate Heavyn and Bri we amazing, made you feel like family. Wonderful location. Easy to locate.

Nice decor and atmosphere, however, the fries and wings were subpar. I had to ask for condiments for fries, and had to continuously ask for my drink to be refilled, even though, my glass was empty.Problem will not return.
