Make sure to ask for your ticket, and check your food before you take it. I ordered a double baconator and my fiance said “I’ll have the same thing but single” and we got two completely different burgers and when we asked about it the lady there said that that was what we ordered. Then the manager came and she said that what we should have ordered was the single baconator. That is what we ordered from the beginning. If possible, avoid this wendy’s and go to a different one, they give you attitude here when they make a mistake.

manager does not teach employee how to apply coupons to order , i feel bad for the employee that came to work as other employees do not speak english or just blatantly walk away from you when you are at the register after they engage with you , odd experience of watching employees sit back and snicker at you as you wait to order... your order . .or at their coworker...again the only one speaking english giving the. . team effort? brief and true. thanks.

lady was rushing me and was rude. I asked for extra ghost pepper and just wouldn’t give me 2 more. I’m not sure if this is a company rule or what but even if it is, it’s stupid. All I wanted was sauce for my sandwich and to not be rushed.

in my opinion ..Every time I make the mistake of eating here in the last year and I don't just mean this particular restaurant. I mean Wendy's in general... I just take a bite of the food and wish to God. Dave Thomas was alive to take back control of this restaurant chain and make it the great place it used to be to get a meal. Shame on Wendy for going so disgustingly corporate. If I had one suggestion it would be that she goes to any one of her own restaurants randomly and order the food that she's selling.
A. Dave Thomas Chicken fillet sandwich back in 1995 would have made any Chick-fil-A sandwich today look inferior.
In my opinion ,Wendy would be better served to revamp this restaurant chain back to what her father envisioned and serve a high quality food for a fair price.

The woman who took my order tonight was super nice and courteous. Professional and didn’t make me feel like I had to rush to place my order. Even when I made a mistake she was patient and even gave me a recommendation. I appreciate all of this when it comes to fast food and this level of service is rare to see in that industry. That service would keep me coming back. The food was good not the best but not bad either. The swirl lacks flavor. Dairy Queen ice cream has more flavor and that says a lot. The fries were not crispy to taste. Nugget, burger and chicken sandwich was okay not bad. All in all compare to the other Wendy’s in the area I would come back to this one and try again

Rude staff ! Very rude not professional ! I don’t think there is any point of reviewing this place because nobody really cares about that and no one is taking action on the reviews and they are the same people messing up again!!
I was in Eatontown for a seminar for work and I arrived at the Wendy’s at 7:15am. Even though there were signs saying they were open at 6:30am, the guy working inside opened the drive thru window to try and tell me that they were closed. After asking about the signs stating they were open, he told me it was drive thru only. I was with 4 other coworkers and after we pulled through the drive thru, he told me he couldn’t take more than 2 orders per car and refused to take our orders, stating that he doesn’t make the rules and that he only follows them. It would have been nice to have a breakfast baconator before my long day before me but because of the poor attitude and laziness of the worker inside, I went hungry and had to find breakfast elsewhere.
