manager does not teach employee how to apply coupons to order , i feel bad for the employee that came to work as other employees do not speak english or just blatantly walk away from you when you are at the register after they engage with you , odd experience of watching employees sit back and snicker at you as you wait to order... your order . .or at their coworker...again the only one speaking english giving the. . team effort? brief and true. thanks.

lady was rushing me and was rude. I asked for extra ghost pepper and just wouldn’t give me 2 more. I’m not sure if this is a company rule or what but even if it is, it’s stupid. All I wanted was sauce for my sandwich and to not be rushed.

in my opinion ..Every time I make the mistake of eating here in the last year and I don't just mean this particular restaurant. I mean Wendy's in general... I just take a bite of the food and wish to God. Dave Thomas was alive to take back control of this restaurant chain and make it the great place it used to be to get a meal. Shame on Wendy for going so disgustingly corporate. If I had one suggestion it would be that she goes to any one of her own restaurants randomly and order the food that she's selling.

A. Dave Thomas Chicken fillet sandwich back in 1995 would have made any Chick-fil-A sandwich today look inferior.

In my opinion ,Wendy would be better served to revamp this restaurant chain back to what her father envisioned and serve a high quality food for a fair price.

The woman who took my order tonight was super nice and courteous. Professional and didn’t make me feel like I had to rush to place my order. Even when I made a mistake she was patient and even gave me a recommendation. I appreciate all of this when it comes to fast food and this level of service is rare to see in that industry. That service would keep me coming back. The food was good not the best but not bad either. The swirl lacks flavor. Dairy Queen ice cream has more flavor and that says a lot. The fries were not crispy to taste. Nugget, burger and chicken sandwich was okay not bad. All in all compare to the other Wendy’s in the area I would come back to this one and try again

Rude staff ! Very rude not professional ! I don’t think there is any point of reviewing this place because nobody really cares about that and no one is taking action on the reviews and they are the same people messing up again!!

I was in Eatontown for a seminar for work and I arrived at the Wendy’s at 7:15am. Even though there were signs saying they were open at 6:30am, the guy working inside opened the drive thru window to try and tell me that they were closed. After asking about the signs stating they were open, he told me it was drive thru only. I was with 4 other coworkers and after we pulled through the drive thru, he told me he couldn’t take more than 2 orders per car and refused to take our orders, stating that he doesn’t make the rules and that he only follows them. It would have been nice to have a breakfast baconator before my long day before me but because of the poor attitude and laziness of the worker inside, I went hungry and had to find breakfast elsewhere.

This whole building has a massive attitude problem. You are working CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS. There is no reason you can’t utter a single word to a customer..had a mobile order, went to the drive through speaker and sat for a while without any acknowledgment, then someone says “hello?” I said hi I’m picking up a mobile order. “Second window” ok thank you..get to the second window and one girl pours the soda and hands the cup out the window to me “thank you” I say. She closes the window and a few minutes later a second girl hands me my bag of food “thank you” I say again. She closes the window and walks away. If you really can’t muster a “you’re welcome” or “have a good night” or ANYTHING you shouldn’t be working with customers. Not a single word was said except for “second window”. Not to mention, they are the SLOWEST even if you’re the only car at the building. Ridiculous and will take the farther drive to Shrewsbury or ocean township from now on. Tonight my order was miraculously right but this is surprising as usually something is wrong or missing. I’ve had enough of this location, you’d think they’d be better since they’re the newest one in the area but they are by far the worst.

If you plan on going at night you’re wasting your money it will be undercooked wrong/ not complete and will be given an attitude for just trying to get food

If you like getting your order messed up and with no sauce, even when you ask for it EVERY TIME, this is the place for you. Also rude, dismissing staff doesn't help when you go back to get your order corrected. The cooks do cook their heart out tho.

Went around 9:50pm wasn’t even busy no cars or anything looked like it was closed ordered my food in the drive thru, 2 small chili’s and 2 Jr cheeseburger deluxe was an easy order right? Well when I asked the lady whose name was supposedly Jackie which I don’t believe at all, no name tag of course for some sour cream she gave me a look like really?( have to actually work and get you some sour cream) which she did get me but when I noticed that there also wasn’t any chili sauce in the bag well I asked her for that too and she got really nasty and was like really?!?!? I gotta walk back there again and get it. Well Isn’t that your job?? Very poor customer service skills need better training in that building smh. I worked at a Wendy’s and stuff like that wasn’t acceptable. The customer is always right! I will not be going to this Wendys again. I recommend you do the same unless you wanna be treated nasty.
