in my opinion ..Every time I make the mistake of eating here in the last year and I don't just mean this particular restaurant. I mean Wendy's in general... I just take a bite of the food and wish to God. Dave Thomas was alive to take back control of this restaurant chain and make it the great place it used to be to get a meal. Shame on Wendy for going so disgustingly corporate. If I had one suggestion it would be that she goes to any one of her own restaurants randomly...
The woman who took my order tonight was super nice and courteous. Professional and didn’t make me feel like I had to rush to place my order. Even when I made a mistake she was patient and even gave me a recommendation. I appreciate all of this when it comes to fast food and this level of service is rare to see in that industry.
