I’ve been a loyal customer since this store opened about a year and a half ago. I come here at least once a week and buy all my protein products, I’ve always spoken very highly of this place and recommended it to others.
Unfortunately, today I had my worst experience so far. I walked in right after the store lost power, and since I know where everything is, I only needed a minute or two to finish my shopping. However, the new manager, who I’ve never seen before, so I assume he just started recently, told me in a very rude way that I couldn’t open the fridge because the power was out.
It wasn’t what he said but how he said it, his attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. That’s not how you treat any customer, especially a regular one who’s been supporting your store since day one.
I’m really disappointed and want to make sure management is aware. Experiences like this drive loyal customers away, and unless things change, I won’t be coming back.

I am a regular customer and I am very disappointed at your customer service. I purchased a bag of chicken breasts and only just needed to open them, only to find that they all have freezer burn. I emailed your customer service and they will not stand behind your product and give me a refund. I have been purchasing from your company now for about 6 or 7 years, but I will not be purchasing again if this is the way you treat your regular customers.

Omg! Bae and I just stopped in here after seeing a TikTok and JAW DROPPING 😍! We were greeted by the KINDEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE MAN, JOHN. He was so incredibly informative and helped us in picking an array of different meats for our dogs. It’s sparkling clean inside. Everything is AIR TIGHT. I mean this place is a dream. We can’t wait to return! THANK YOU SO MUCH JOHN 💝
