Went here after going to the beach and it definitely hit. We ordered one of their meal deals for 16 boneless wings and 6 tenders with fries. A lot of food for only $26 for both of us and the service was quick. Their mango habanero and their garlic parm are very good. Although it was pretty salty, the quantity and quality was pretty good regardless. For sure a great location for Wingstop.

This is our last time coming here. They forgot 10 wings, when we went up to the counter to tell them about the wings, the hispanic cook had a horrible attitude and was getting mad for no reason..

This is my first and last time I ever come to this place. Customer service is really bad, idk where the manager is but they need to have one asap. The girl with long hair Hispanic looking didn’t even greet us, didn’t double checked anything and gave me the wrong order. We came back and had to be remade, and they still duck up the order. And she’s just laughing like it’s some funny joke. They need to get their stuff together or don’t work if you’re not going to do the JOB RIGHT.

This is for the person two reviews below me. ( nic ) Honestly I feel like it’s people like you that wanna ruin someone’s job. How about you purchase an item before using someone’s restroom. Would you let someone walk into your home and just use your restroom without acknowledging you?
As for my experience the staff is very nice and the food is great I enjoy coming in here. It’s always a good vibe with these people so far I’ve not had not one rude encounter with anyone.
Really good food and the staff is super nice. It's always easy to find a parking spot which is really great. They also have wheelchair access

Ordered online, came in to pick up- only to find out the staff was going to refund me because I ordered “too late” even though they told the people walking after me that they were only making online orders and not taking orders in person anymore. They decided not to make my food anymore. Never got my refund or my food.

I walked in and waited a few minutes to place my order. One of the employees eventually told me they were only accepting online orders—no problem. I placed an order online and waited in my car. Meanwhile, two people walked in right after me, placed their orders in person, and received their food without issue. When I went back in to pick up my order, the same employee said I had ordered later than I did and said they’d issue a refund because the fryers had already been turned off and they couldn’t make any more food. I was promised a refund but never received anything.
First time going to this Wingstop and it took forever to get my food. Was 1 of 3 people in the entire restaurant meanwhile it took 25+ minutes to get my food. Finally received my food and it was cold.

Horrible is the only way to describe the staff, experience and atmosphere. I waited 45 minutes with one person in store just for my order to be wrong. The guy behind the counter was high as a kite and did not know what was going on. Where is management here. Clearly the manager doesn’t know what their doing either because the would know better than to put that guy behind the counter

I ordered food ahead of time to pick up on my way from work. When I arrived, they asked for my name but couldn’t locate my order. I could only assume someone either gave my order away or it wasn’t made at all. Despite my attempts to get clarification—and having to ask directly what was going to be done—the issue was only reluctantly addressed. They eventually prepared my order, but the food arrived burnt. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I hope WingStop takes steps to improve both their service and quality control.
