I recently visited the Wingstop in Eatentown and had a terrible experience with the general manager, Jay. I placed my order, and it was completely messed up. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, Jay refused to accommodate or make it right. To make matters worse, she was extremely sure of herself and even started yelling at me! When I asked for her name, she flat out refused to give it.
It’s frustrating to deal with someone in a managerial position who lacks accountability and customer service skills. I expected better from a place known for its wings. I will not be returning to this location again and would advise others to think twice before ordering here.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Wingstop Eatontown. I placed an order online for 30 wings, completed all the necessary steps, and was charged $55.
When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, the staff told me they had no record of it and claimed the online system wasn’t their responsibility. This makes no sense Wingstop is Wingstop, whether online or in-store. If the company’s website isn’t reliable, that’s their problem, not the customer’s.
The situation got even worse. The woman at the counter was incredibly rude, with a nasty attitude that made it clear she had no intention of helping me.
Her tone and demeanor were dismissive and outright disrespectful. It felt personal and racially motivated the way she spoke to me, treating me like I was beneath her.
When I calmly tried to explain the situation and asked for a resolution, she kept cutting me off and deflecting responsibility.
And then, instead of rectifying the issue, they escalated things in the most ridiculous way possible they called the police on me!
The woman claimed that this decision came from their general manager and district manager. Imagine being a customer who was wrongfully charged and then having the cops called on you for trying to get your money or food. It’s outrageous and unacceptable.
This is how they treat paying customers with hostility and zero accountability.
I literally just went up the street to Buffalo Wild Wings after this and had a great experience.
Wingstop could learn a lot from them about how to treat customers with respect and resolve issues without escalating them unnecessarily. If you value your time, money, and dignity, stay far away from this location.
They clearly don’t care about their customers or their reputation. Buffalo Wild Wings is a much better option.

Def not worth the hype. She put all the chicken in a bag on top of eachother no tops. I had to wait forever and they were door dashing themselves food lmao. Like what? Worst wing stop.
I ordered food for delivery and the meat was litteraly raw, it was white but more of pink and there were parts that couldn’t even be chewed and the fries were so dry and very little for what I paid, please become better

i told one of the workers that the soda machine was down in terms of the lack of flavor. the worker then proceeded to make a nasty face and claim it’s completely fine don’t ask that again and then looked me up and down with disgust for the second time. it was such poor customer service and i will never be returning.

The food was cold and disgusting. My first time trying and everything was artificial tasting. The chicken was salty and the garlic flavor was artificial. Even the root beer was disgusting! The cheese on the fries congealed because it was an hour late! No warmer bags? Ok. Ateaight in the garbage! A waste of money. Yuck!
