Hi I went to Wingstop located at 151 hwy 35N in Eatontown, NJ last night 03/12/24 and ordered 15 pc combo. My 2 flavors were mango habanero and hot honey rub, well I didn’t get my hot honey rub. The issue that I have right now is that I don’t live in New Jersey and I didn’t realize the issue til I went back to my hotel room. I immediately tried calling and couldn’t reach anyone, I kept getting a recording. I’m on my way back home now03/13 and tried calling and got someone that’s supposed to transfer me to the store and that’s not what’s happening. Wingstop NEEDS TO DO BETTER THAN THIS. How can we make this right? I wish I would have read the reviews before oregano from this establishment, cause clearly yall don’t seem to care about your customers at all.

I love wing stop , I used to get it all the time and workers are very nice. However, the last time I ordered from here I got food poisoning. I was literally sick to my stomach for an entire 2 weeks it was awful. Ever since then iv lost my craving to wingstop and been afraid to try it again. Over all I always had a good experience before that incident.

My family and I love wings. So far almost every time I have ordered from Wingstop I have had an issue. If the order is small there usually isn't a problem. One time they forgot our drinks, the second time whole order of wings was missing, and food was incorrect. More recently, we never got our sides of veggies and I ordered all flats and instead got all drumsticks. Most recently when I called back and told them what my issue was they asked me to TEXT them my order, so I did. I was asked if I placed my order through door dash or through the wingstop site, I placed it on their website. I was told I would get a refund for my inconvenience. Now my order was over 100.00 and I didn't get a refund, surprise surprise. I called and asked why I didn't get it and was told I have to wait. So now its well past a week and still did not get the refund. So I went to their website and placed a complaint. They sent me a $10.00 GC. I laughed out loud as that had to be a joke. $10.00 on an order of over 100, plus that doesn't even cover the cost of the wings that they messed up. I didn't even get a phone call.Now like I said My family and I LOVE wings, but I will never order from them again. Our order is almost always wrong, and clearly they don't care about their customers. I never even got a phone call. So If what your looking for is terrible customer service, lying representatives and wrong orders by all means order from here.

Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness enhanced the overall enjoyment of my visit. I opted for a combination of 15 Hickory Smoked BBQ and Lemon Garlic wings, a perfect blend of smoky and zesty flavors. The wings were cooked to perfection, and the accompanying veggie sticks added a refreshing touch. The total cost of $30 was well worth the delectable flavors and top-notch service. Maria's outstanding service made this Wingstop visit a memorable one.
Who doesn't love wing stop and the service was excellent too. The staff was very friendly. It didn't even feel like a big chain restaurant

Meh to the max . Food is just ok and not a particularly good value. I used the app and gave the time for pickup. The food was not ready on arrival but that's not a big deal I guess. They were kind enough to give my son a brownie while we waited which was really nice . When ready we were handed the bag which was sealed with a sticker. I think if it wasn't closed up I would have checked the bag. Got home and realized they left out our large cheese fries. I called the number and after navigated the bs automated replies got a live person at the store . The manager said I could come back and pick them up and they'd throw in some xtra boneless wings. Honestly it was a cold rainy night and I did not feel like going back out so they said they would refund the cheese fries but it would be in like 5-7 days. They weren't apologetic at all for the hassle. Hopefully I remember to check for the refund . Anyway food is fine but nothing special and for the price it should be better. They also got the order wrong ..... kind of a hassle. So I don't think I'll be back unless the kids ask for it. Even then I'd try to sell them on Cluck U which is way better .

This particular wing stop had the doors locked on 11/11/2023 Around 10:15 Pm, If you don’t order on the app and set a pick up time they won’t even let you in the door past 11:45…. They will tell you we are not taking any orders. If you close at 12, then you close at 12….Young people wanting to get off work on time, is not providing nor practicing good customer service! Just Saying
Very disappointed that I waited 45 minutes for my meal when there was nobody in there and they never gave me my fries. They can do better!

Asked for my wings to be cooked medium and got them extra crispy. Then I asked for containers to go and they were being so cheap giving me a container and then the girl picks up my wings and puts them into the small container and she dropped one on the floor and all I get out of her was oh I'm sorry. Then I said how about my fries and she goes back and comes with an even smaller container as if the containers are coming out of her pocket.
