i went out tonight with my husband and father in law. after the waiter mumbled out the specials for ten minutes, i asked him what something he said had on it and he literally said “weren't you listening, i just said it†and not in a joking way either. i was uncomfortable, so i made a joke back and was given a blank stare. my husband then asked how big the soup portions were, because most times they are large and we like to split it if we are about to eat a larger dinner. the waiter responded with “it's enough.†the food was delicious and the other servers seemed attentive but this guy was just terrible. there are lots of places to go in our area so customer service should be a priority. after reading many reviews, i see that this restaurant has a problem with that. one and done!

This was our first time at Acappella West. I was disappointed to be seated at a table in the center of the room when I had asked for a quiet table , if possible. The restaurant is quite noisy. We ordered a tri color salad to share, which was tasty, and beautifully presented. My boyfriend had the speidini, which was the best he's ever tasted. He ordered a grilled veal chop, and asked the waiter what it came with, and was told nothing. The veal chop was perfect, and serve
