Honestly, if you’re craving a bagel, do yourself a favor and take a ride somewhere else. Better yet, take the Edgewater ferry to NYC and treat yourself. These were the densest driest bagels I’ve had since foolishly getting bagels in Miami one time. Bummer because if it was good, I would have come here more often. I’m giving it a two star because they carry Yoo-hoo.

The food is good, but good God, the inconsistency of order accuracy and service is real. Check your order before you leave, it doesn’t matter if it’s on the phone or in person, it’s generally wrong about half the time. This could be a phenomenal place if they had friendlier service and a better ticket writing strategy in place.

Expect that their online presence indicates an update within the last month, the menu was NOT part of that update: they do not make the sun-dried tomato cream cheese any longer. Bagels are well prepared.

If you have your business listed on a delivery app like Uber/GrubHub but you do your own delivery at least make sure to do it fast as posible! for a couple of bagel hours and a half this is unbelievable. Also a minimum of 15$? 🤦♂️ Reduce the minimum and just pay the fee to the apps and stay competitive

I asked for two bagels with cream cheese toasted on the phone, mind you I’m less then 4 minuets from there (was driving there) she only toasted ONE bagel and it was fine I asked for it to be toasted or just to make a new one, I mean it only took her 4 minuets to make two but she refused and I payed 10$ for two bagels one of them I won’t eat. (Like who eats cream cheese not toasted???)

Got a wild creation: blueberry bagel, 2eggs,bacon, cheese, and nova/lox spread and was yummy. They make bacon very crispy** with no traces of black/burnt
