If you have your business listed on a delivery app like Uber/GrubHub but you do your own delivery at least make sure to do it fast as posible! for a couple of bagel hours and a half this is unbelievable. Also a minimum of 15$? 🤦♂️ Reduce the minimum and just pay the fee to the apps and stay competitive

I asked for two bagels with cream cheese toasted on the phone, mind you I’m less then 4 minuets from there (was driving there) she only toasted ONE bagel and it was fine I asked for it to be toasted or just to make a new one, I mean it only took her 4 minuets to make two but she refused and I payed 10$ for two bagels one of them I won’t eat. (Like who eats cream cheese not toasted???)

Got a wild creation: blueberry bagel, 2eggs,bacon, cheese, and nova/lox spread and was yummy. They make bacon very crispy** with no traces of black/burnt

Great bagels- here are my recommendations to the owners:
1. Remove the plastic barrier- would feel more inviting to your customers 2. The place needs a deep cleaning. Dust in the vents, on the wires, and the floor needs a steam cleaning to remove the grease. 3. Reduce your drink selection and open that area in the front for additional tables. No one is buying a gallon of OJ from a bagel shop. 4. Put a bell on the door to know when people enter to acknowledge them sooner with a smile- it took 60 seconds to acknowledge me. I was the only customer there.
Your business has a lot of potential with a few of these changes :)
