My experience at this bagel store is absolutely awful. The store is dirty. The older gentlemen making the food is a dirty man. The food has zero taste. There is no parking. Guys you are better off going down to Mr. Bagelsworth for a better experience. The bagels are so much better.

Fantastic, fantastic and fantastic…yes 3 times. Bagels and More was a great experience. The breakfast I got was really good and the coffee was quality coffee so it hit the spot. Let’s not forget that they also have wonderful bagels and everything else that you may want to go with the bagels.What’s especially great about this place is that I immediately felt very comfortable with the environment. This is a small kind of a coffee shop but with a big heart that’s what I felt. The chef who made my breakfast came out and made sure that I was completely satisfied, and he also asked the other individuals who ordered food and everything was to their likingI would go here every day if I could not just for the great food that they serve but also because they made me feel like family.I would recommend that you stop by Bagels & More even if you don’t live around the neighborhood and check it out, you will not be disappointed.

I just spent over a half hour waiting for three eggs over medium ham and Home fries. Seven people got their food before me after walking in after me and then they finally say oh your food is here it’s cold why would I want cold eggs horrible service. They need to be more organized.

Horrible absolutely horrible. They can never get any orders correct. No matter what way you order. By phone by Uber etc. they sent me a cold FLAGEL with what seemed like an entire pound of cream cheese and did not add the bacon I paid for. They sent the wrong muffin and hash browns were old and soggy. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!!!

Was just there and we ordered a Flagel. There was one left, but it was confirmed to be ours. As we are waiting we heard the woman behind the register say she was taking it for someone who placed an online order. When we asked at the register if there would be some compensation for the switch (though we were physically there and already waiting). She basically said too bad.I would not recommend this place. Bad customer service and lots of there items like the croissants looked old and stale.

Just moved to Edgewater and trying to find my new bagel place. This was in walking distance of my new apartment. They have a good amount of bagel flavors and spreads. The lox spread looked rather disappointing though, so didn't try it. Ended up ordering a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese. It was a step up from a grocery store bagel, but it left a lot to be desired. Would go back to try some of their breakfast sandwiches, but they appear to be on the pricier side...even more than what I would pay in NYC
