Brownstone Pancake Factory (Edgewater, NJ)

It was family day and we decided to take a little trip. We found Brownstone Pancake Factory on Google Maps and thought it would be the perfect breakfast/brunch spot to try—and it definitely was!

Before you even enter, there are fun machines for kids to play with, including claw machines and photo props. Right when you walk in, the restaurant has such a charming, aesthetic vibe. There’s even a carousel in the entryway, which immediately fascinated the kids. It’s not rideable, of course, but it makes such a fun and unique first impression.

For drinks, we ordered the Chocolate Cake Oreo Milkshake. This milkshake was absolutely massive; you’d need at least three people to finish it! It was sweet, indulgent, and so delicious.

For food, we had the Chocolate Chip Pancakes and the Eggs Benedict with Turkey Bacon. The pancakes were fluffy and satisfying, while the eggs were perfectly poached and topped with a rich, creamy hollandaise sauce.

The only downside was the coffee- it tasted a bit bitter, even after adding sugar and milk. But aside from that, everything else was spot-on.

The employees here were so kind and attentive, making the whole experience even better.

Overall, this place is a great choice for families, especially if you want both a fun atmosphere and a hearty brunch. I’d definitely recommend it and would come back again!

Who doesn't love bubbles on their birthday???!!! This place is a fun breakfast/ brunch/lunch spot that I love bringing friends and family too. They serve huge delicious portions. The wait staff if prompt and friendly and as I mentioned, it's a great place to feel like a kid again on your birthday.

I recently visited the Pancake Factory and had the pleasure of being served by J. From the moment I walked in, J's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. They were incredibly attentive, ensuring my experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. J's knowledge of the menu was impressive—they provided excellent recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. The pancakes were fantastic, but it was J's exceptional service that truly made my visit memorable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and ability to anticipate needs were outstanding. If you're looking for top-notch service and a great dining experience, ask for J—you won't be disappointed!🥰

My family and I came from out of town for the first time here to celebrate my Aunts Birthday. We had such a great time and will definitely be back. We were greeted right away by everyone upon entering. Our server Sarah was amazing and so sweet. All the food and coffee was delicious and we’ll most definitely be back.

ate here yesterday and the service was great, they really went out of their way to make my little brothers birthday feel special with a sparkler in his milkshake and bubbles flying in the air! I wish I could remember our servers name because she was a sweetheart, the absolute best! can’t recommend this place enough for a nice breakfast or some crazy extravagant decadent pancakes/sweets

I got the mini waffle Benedict and the eggs were fully cooked instead of being runny like you expect from poached eggs and the waffles were slightly cold. I used to love this place.
