Not a big fan of writing reviews but I would be doing my community a disservice if I didn't say anything. Idk what happened with this location but their servings are appalling. Its as if a regular portion at the Fort Lee location is Edgewater's idea of a double. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Fort Lee, honestly I'd take paneras overpriced salads over this. FOH.

Terrible salty food

Been here few times but the last two times the food prep counter looked like it had just served a mob. The last time ingredient bowls were empty or watery and looked old. It was 4:30, no one was at the counter. I didn’t want to eat meat that looked like it had been out for hours so I asked if they had fresh ingredients. After a long blank stare from the person at the counter I said I didn’t want to eat old food and left which was fine since they didn’t seem to care about much.

Arch Appeal

Went here a couple of weeks ago to get a bowl and was unsatisfied with customer service . I went in line to order my bowl and as I was checking out I asked if there was lime and that I would pay for it .. the male ( Esteban ) which I asked for his name at the end proceeded to say there is no lime . I found it off because it is a main ingredient for the chipotle recipes .. so I said “ you have no lime ?” He said I mean we do have a whole lime but I can’t sell you that . I said okay can you please just slice me a piece .. he looked around and said I mean we are kind of busy right now . Meanwhile it was me who was paying and ONE person who began to order food . I also could’ve waited a few minutes for a slice of lime . He kept it at that did not bother telling me sure just give me a few minutes I asked for his name and left , I’m not the type to leave reviews or complain but this is pure laziness and not good customer service for a paying client that wants something so simple . Won’t be returning to this location .

I found the Hair the The more disgusting place to eat everybody had to report that I told the girl there I find it hair She say that’s not my problem that’s why I told you everybody never stay quiet because the owner and the people were there. I don’t care. I need to care too. I never in my life who I get to chipotle no good food and not respect to people very nasty food.

SHOCKED. I don’t know who at Chipotle thought it was okay to serve a miniature foil wrapped disappointment, but here we are. For the price of this so called burrito, I expected at least a respectable meal size burrito instead, what I got was roughly the size of a Cra z art marker. This isn’t a burrito, it’s a snack sized prank. My advice? Go in person they play you with the online orders. I have always ordered in person the same thing and trust me is not this size.

nasty service , came in late and everyone acted like they had someplace better to be . ordered a burrito and a kids meal , the burrito was made haphazardly , and the kids meal was given to me without any meat. i literally asked if there was steak in the tray and the employee said yes. she was rude the entire time and got mad when SHE couldnt hear what i was saying. 0/10 chipotle there are so many in the area that won’t treat you like trash

to whoever is working on the online ordering department. WHAT ARE WE DOING???? can you not read "no beans" and you guys be putting ingredients i don't order. 3/3 times last week adding corning when not requested. 5 piece of chicken is really horrible for a 14$ bowl. again. what are we doing better start stepping it up as this location is getting worse by the year.

My wife and I have gone here three separate times in the last month and we’ve gotten horrible service each and every time. The young women who work here have the nastiest attitudes you can imagine and all we did was simply walk in and order. It’s disappointing to see them have such disgusting attitudes and judging by the other people who’ve reviewed this place, very little is being done about it by management. I’ve worked at food establishments and whenever we received a bad review, my manager would see to it that the situation was handled swiftly and efficiently. This Chipotle needs to do a better job addressing the customer service and attitude problem of their employees. They can’t even fake their attitudes. They’ll just turn around after giving you a fake smile and start talking about you with each other. I understand food service can be difficult. I understand people go through certain things that we know nothing about. But ladies, no one is forcing you work at Chipotle. If you don’t want to work there, leave. Simple. Or if it’s not about working at Chipotle, get a better attitude. Because walking around with a nasty attitude isn’t going to get you far in life, regardless of where you work.
