My wife and I have gone here three separate times in the last month and we’ve gotten horrible service each and every time. The young women who work here have the nastiest attitudes you can imagine and all we did was simply walk in and order. It’s disappointing to see them have such disgusting attitudes and judging by the other people who’ve reviewed this place, very little is being done about it by management. I’ve worked at food establishments and whenever we received a bad review, my manager would see to it that the situation was handled swiftly and efficiently. This Chipotle needs to do a better job addressing the customer service and attitude problem of their employees. They can’t even fake their attitudes. They’ll just turn around after giving you a fake smile and start talking about you with each other. I understand food service can be difficult. I understand people go through certain things that we know nothing about. But ladies, no one is forcing you work at Chipotle. If you don’t want to work there, leave. Simple. Or if it’s not about working at Chipotle, get a better attitude. Because walking around with a nasty attitude isn’t going to get you far in life, regardless of where you work.

I ordered barbacoa plate, and they completely left out the meat in my order. How does that even happen? I paid for a full meal, not just rice, beans, and disappointment. For the price they charge, you’d think they’d at least get the basics right. This isn’t the first time something has been wrong with my order, but it’s definitely the last time I’ll be ordering from this location. Do better.

used to be a fan of this specific chipotle with no complaints until the other day as I was in there I saw a rat or mouse run from the kitchen to the trash can in the dining area. Definitely grossed out. Do not recommend this chipotle.
