My husband and I were just celebrating our last date night before the new year and he made sure to make it inexperienced. We would never forget. Place looks nice and atmosphere was fun but sadly we had a bad experience. Seems like our server Esteban forgot to ring in our order or the kitchen lost our ticket, but we waited for over 40 minutes for 2 cold appetizers. Didn’t get checked on by anybody , I had to get up myself and asked what was going. Table next to us got sat 15-20 minutes after us and got their appetizers before us… such a blow. The worst part was that it was my girls birthday and it ruined what was supposed to be a great night of vibes and food. The managers did their part in trying to recoup/fix the situation but by that point the experience really soured whatever expectations we had of the place. It shouldn’t have gotten to that point, Esteban or whichever of the 3-4 managers I saw roaming around should’ve noticed something wasn’t right.
