Beautiful location, next to the water. Early morning and they ran out of milk. For a coffee shop, that's extremely unacceptable as there are a lot of drinks that require milk. Instead of getting some from a supermarket and spending $20-$30 for several gallons of milk, they'd rather lose thousands of dollars. I didn't bother to buy anything and I was geared to spend $30 worth. I guess it's not their job, making minimum wage to run out and get milk for the customers. I'd expected that from the group that was there as soon as I walked in. They didn't want to do anything. I went to a local coffee shop instead and got five star service.

My order was completely wrong & they did nothing to fix it. I ordered a medium decaf coffee with milk & they gave me a black large iced coffee without milk. I ordered a bacon egg & cheese wake up wrap I received an egg wrap, no bacon no cheese. They’re too busy chatting amongst themselves to realize they’re making orders incorrectly. 0/10. Do not recommend this place.

Ordered a latte medium original no sugar. I received medium with sugar. Went back and told the woman no sugar and she added even more sugar. Funny lol. I said I ordered with no sugar and she gave me a face. Then she makes a cappuccino all foam. I went back for the third time and said this is nothing but foam I said latte not cappuccino because you see I know the difference. Then she makes hot milk only with the manager present and they both handle me the cup of only milk. I went back for a fourth time and ask for a shut of expresso and she charged me extra $2.02. She gives me the expresso and canceled the order and puts the cash I gave her in her tip jar. Very unpleasant visit both manager and employee though it was funny to play with people’s food, time and money.

Large Dunkin' iced coffee in Edgewater, NJ. The coffee was delicious because I added three sweeteners with a spoon and the barista stirred it well. In my neighborhood Dunkin', the sugar didn't melt completely, so undissolved sugar came up in each sip; the iced coffee here was much better. I returned to Long Island after enjoying a large 3 Splenda iced coffee. Park nearby and go to fiveguys burger 🍔 It's a great location to have coffee after a meal. The male barista makes good coffee. Good!

I found mold in my food. The next day my mom went there and found mold in her bagel. This place needs to be shut down. The manager here is rude and has nasty attitude. She needs to get fired. Who ever owns this Dunkin should get sued as well. Why is there literal mold in everything? I will be contacting health inspector about this. Your customers should be very important to you guys. This is very disgusting.

me and my daughter decided to get Dunkin for a girls day. I decided to get an iced coffee with cream and sugar. The employees smacked her lips at me when I was ordering and instead of putting cream and sugar she didn’t even put anything. My coffee just tasted bad like water really dry really disgusting, when they were making my daughters bagel, the bagel had mold on it and it was overfilled with cream cheese here my name is Karen. I’m really angry I wouldn’t recommend going to the Dunkin. There are other better Dunkins out there you should go to the five star Dunkin in California.
I love this Dunkin but the new staff is really over her head. 20 min for an online order, it was behind the counter while I waited for 15 min. Doesn't understand the menu or nuance of 3 vs. 4 milks.... didn't stir my iced coffee the last 3 times (layer of milk on the bottom of a black coffee).

Management seems to be very clueless. I was there today and after I said my order 3 times the older lady behind the counter kept reading back the wrong order. There was also an issue with price discrepancies before she finally told me they didn’t have what I wanted. I felt like my time was wasted over but I especially feel bad for the young girl at the counter you can tell she does not have good managers guiding her.
