Yesterday I bought a cappuccino that was awful; watery, with a rancid taste. There are two possibilities: either the machine isn't cleaned properly, or the coffee and water are poor quality.

Today I visited this exceptionally clean and inviting store after noticing their billboard on River Road, and I’m glad I did. I was greeted at the door by an employee named Jaelyn, who set the tone with her warm and charismatic welcome. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
I ordered a banana smoothie, and she prepared it with noticeable care and attention. The quality was excellent, and I left feeling that my money was truly well spent. I fully intend to return for another smoothie and to try some of their ice cream as well.
Thank you, Jaelyn, for providing such an excellent customer service experience. Five stars all the way.

My last visit was so disappointing. Can you believe they are now measuring and weighing each scoop?? I got home with the ice cream and I could hardly believe how small the scoops were. And for this they charged me $14! Next time buy a couple of pints in the supermarket with cones and hot fudge and it will still be less than $14 (you can buy a pint of HD on sale for $5). Be smart and save your money.

I had my first experience at Haagen-Dazs, and the server was so kind! I think her name was Isabella, and she took her time and shared her favorite flavors and topping suggestions with me. I felt very attended to, and I’m definitely planning to return! 😁

I’ve always had good experiences at this Häagen-Dazs location, but today was very disappointing. I ordered the Raspberry Lemonade and it was extremely sweet—almost undrinkable. I asked if they could add more water, and one of the three employees responded with attitude, saying “We don’t use water, we use sparkling water.” I stayed quite, but I am like still water. she added a tiny amount with more attitude. The drink was still way too sweet.
When I asked again, she said there was nothing she could do and refused to refund me, which is unacceptable. Instead of continuing to argue, I asked if I could at least use the price of the drink as credit, and I walked away with two bottles of water (which still cost less than the $9 I paid for the lemonade). I still lost money and left completely unsatisfied.
This is not how customers should be treated, and it reflects poorly on how this location trains its staff. Very disappointing experience

I had an amazing experience while getting my Cookies n Cream milkshake. I had a nice employee I believe, izabela, who helped me select what I wanted to get when I expressed my indecisiveness on the menu. The shoppe was clean and other employees were moving fast with long lines. Would go again !

I stopped by Häagen-Dazs for some ice cream, and Barbara provided outstanding service! She was warm, welcoming, and made great recommendations. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure customers had a great experience. The ice cream was delicious as always, but Barbara’s friendly attitude made the visit even better. The absolute worst, I had to walk out the minute I wanted to order because the person at the counter was so mean, rolling her eyes as if I was bothering her when all I said was Hello! That was enough for me to walk away and go accross the street to buy my shake…
