The workers I met were very friendly, and made sure to work quickly and efficiently even though I was the only customer.

Little shop. They are usually empty, but they really take their time, especially with cheese steaks menu items. You're looking at a 15-25 min minimum wait. They survive the submarine guests first, probably because it's faster with cold cuts. So be patient, even though you've got 4-5 employees. Decent atmosphere. Clean, so that's a plus. Employees are decent. They keep to themselves and work.
