First time at Lulu and everything was wonderful. The food has so much flavor and was fresh! Service was great and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Highly recommend and will be returning!

The worst spent 150$ in my life.I don't understand how they're still in bussines.Quality very low, quantity very low too, prices very high.Everything was cold or microwaved.No complaints about enviroment and service.

This place in Englewood NJ is a hotspot for unsuspecting first time customers, and there is a reason it is so quiet on a Saturday night.$150 for 3 dishes for 2 people.- $44 for a sauce meze which tasted like it had been bought by ShopRite accross the street and marked up 10x. The oil on it was disgusting and funny plastic smell. It must be the fake olive oil we keep hearing about on the news.-$22 for a tiny 5in long, skinny, partly burned, grilled octopus.- $47 for an assortment of meats, mostly chicken, which again, seems like ready made from ShopRite had been microwaved just for us. Portion was closer to personal meal than for a table. ( but considering the low quality, it was more than we wanted)- $8 plastic water bottle.Restaurants are a hard business, but it sure gets easier if you build it next to ShopRite.The waiter came around asking how the food was.... like he does not already know...I feel a bit lousy leaving a bad review, but then I think of all the people I am helping.

over priced, food not great, service not great and on top of that, they never told me that they left an automatic gratuity. they left me tip 25% on top of the tip they automatically charged . it was only me and another person. i don’t think that’s fair for a party of two people . the server never communicated this with us and he let us top a total of 45% which was 70$ tip for him. that’s not respectful at all.

What an amazing experience! This restaurant offers a unique blend of fantastic hookah and delicious food. The hookah options are diverse, and the flavors in the mezze platter are outstanding. Particularly, the lamb shish and appetizers are exquisite. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff is incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Can't wait to visit again!

The food is great, hookah is adequate but the service is beyond salvageable. The service really ruined the experience, they didn't check up on the table until they dropped the check. They slammed the bottle of sparkling water on the table and didn't even pour it for us, let alone open our bottle of wine. The service really left a sour taste in my mouth. Would only recommend doing takeout.
