Today I went to Madison Café & Grill and had an excellent experience. They serve the best pancakes in Edgewater, all gluten-free, homemade, and prepared fresh to order.
The food is fresh and truly authentic, with a delicious Mediterranean touch. The hummus and babaganoush were absolutely exquisite, full of flavor and perfectly made.
The pancake I highly recommend is the lemon ricotta pancake — incredibly soft, light, and with the perfect balance between sweetness and citrus 🍋. Truly delicious.
The service was outstanding. We were taken care of by Héctor, a very kind, attentive server who was always happy to help and answer any questions.
I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

I had breakfast at this place and everything was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The Turkish music and overall atmosphere made me feel like I was traveling somewhere far away, which made the experience even more special.
