In just one month between my 3 visits, Two of my drive thru orders missed items. Ordered a meal plus the mobile app deals fries. I’m supposed to get two but only one.
If it’s just occasional I wouldn’t be that angry, but same mistake happens so frequent as if their drive thru stuff can not read the menu and put the right food in the bag

Terrible. We ordered 2- 20piece nuggets and purchased an additional 5 sweet and sour dipping sauces. They only sent us 4 total for 40 nuggets! Then the manager hung up on me when I called them. Terrible service and robs you of what you paid for

Wrong order again at drive thru - second time. If they ever ask you to wait on the side ask for a refund and go to the Fort Lee location - you will get the wrong food.

The cleaning lady the complained to me that the paper cups for the ketchup were expensive because we took some for my kids and stared at us multiple times when we were eating with our kids. If the cups were so expensive then they should keep them behind the counter and not just have them out for everyone to just take

I was waiting in line for long time and the Spanish manager Arner told me they need more workers. And he don’t care and make me wait more! I ask for water don’t give water the wants to purchase. !terrible Only they given the food for the drive thru. This place in Edgewater never again!

Saddest Mcdonalds ive ever been to. Ordered just fries and a drink. More than 5 mins later I get a half empty burnt fries but 5 sauces for it. Avoid if possible. Unfriendly management too

Poor service. Always check your order on drive through and expect to wait 5-10 mins for orders on more than 1. They always leave essentials items out on bulk order and have to go back in to request them. Never leave before you check your order. You will see stuffs missing 100%. Recently, I came to realization that items were left out by choice, not by mistakes. Same essentials items were not given 3 times in a row. They were never apologetic and shows bad attitude. You hardly see any staff with proper English skill to communicate properly.

The place is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, the managers in general work very reluctantly, terrible service, the customer service was good in general, the cashier gave me his name, I just want to thank Steven for taking the trouble to solve what the manager couldn't, keep it up
