Having two drive thru options isnβt the right way to take customers if they arenβt paying attention to the order of cars who pull in first. I wait for help and I find out that the person who pulled in after me is being helped first. Very frustrating.
Donβt customize your order even a little bit on the app. Theyβll make you pull over to the side and wait because they didnβt start making your order when you placed it.

It gets busy but if you're doing Uber eats make sure to walk to the counter where the food is offered and say your name or order number and they'll take care of you right away.
In just one month between my 3 visits, Two of my drive thru orders missed items. Ordered a meal plus the mobile app deals fries. Iβm supposed to get two but only one.
If itβs just occasional I wouldnβt be that angry, but same mistake happens so frequent as if their drive thru stuff can not read the menu and put the right food in the bag

Terrible. We ordered 2- 20piece nuggets and purchased an additional 5 sweet and sour dipping sauces. They only sent us 4 total for 40 nuggets! Then the manager hung up on me when I called them. Terrible service and robs you of what you paid for

Wrong order again at drive thru - second time. If they ever ask you to wait on the side ask for a refund and go to the Fort Lee location - you will get the wrong food.
