Simply asked to remove guacamole from my order lady said no then the GM supervisor hangs up I call back she told me I need to learn to listen better after 7 min on the phone over removing an item that she said if I where to listen she would have done it I have the whole phone call recorded

Don’t waste your time ordering online they’ll mess it up every time and tell you to drive to them for them to correct their error. Only decent in person.
The overall experience at this location was good. However, the service, through no fault of the employees, was not good. They had only one person at the counter attending to walk-in customers and simultaneously fulfilling online orders. I attribute this to poor personnel management, especially during lunchtime.

Talk about FALLING OFF! Moes used to be a go to spot back in the day, I would even consider it being a treat for myself. Now the food is as bland as a girl with no personality. I'd rather eat leftovers that have been in the fridge for 2 months than Moes. The customer service doesn't help the case either. Employees appear bored and out of it. Weak portions and it has gotten really pricey. Save yourself the bad eats and go to chipotle. You'll thank me later.

Our family goes to this location almost once a week. This Moe’s is one of the most well run franchises I’ve been to. The food is prepared well, and the place is kept clean. The employees are exceptional in their hospitality. I rarely leave reviews, but I thought this location needs some recognition. ??
