Had a horrible meal here today it’s the final straw and will be my last meal at an Outback Steakhouse. Mistake after mistake after mistake with a tremendous amount of time to fix the problem. I was offered a free dessert at no extra cost, I took it home to go, and it was not at all what I ordered. Frustrating to add insult to injury.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at the Outback Edgewater on the evening of December 16th at 8:00 PM.
We were seated for five individuals, including two children. We placed our orders, and after an hour, our meal did not arrive. I politely requested to speak with the manager, who emerged from the kitchen and engaged in an unprofessional and rude exchange with me, asserting that the entire restaurant was experiencing similar delays. Subsequently, she inquired whether I desired the meal.
This incident is not an isolated occurrence at this Outback unit. The manager’s inability to resolve issues and confront paying customers is a recurring problem. As a long-standing Outback customer for two decades, I have encountered only a few instances of such subpar service and experience. In those instances, we opted to leave the restaurant without our meals.
Regrettably, this is the second time in less than two months that my food has taken over an hour to arrive at this restaurant. The previous instance occurred even after I had lost my appetite, as the appetizer and salad were served before I had requested the main course. Unfortunately, I am unable to return to this restaurant in the future.

I honestly haven’t experienced service this bad in a very long time. We were forced to stand and wait for a table for a full hour at the entrance. There was no proper communication, no explanation, and no one taking responsibility.
After finally being seated, the neglect continued. We waited nearly 45 minutes just to place our order. Despite trying multiple times to get the attention of the staff, no one cared. This is completely unacceptable.
To make things even worse, the cutlery was absolutely filthy. We called the waiters three separate times, and still no one did anything about it. The lack of hygiene alone is enough to never step foot in this place again.
Zero service, zero care, and terrible hygiene. I definitely do not recommend this place and will never return.

This is Edgewater outback. The first steak was highly seasoned and could not be eaten, the second steak could not be eaten it was raw & tough. The mashed potatoes were old. and dry. Needless to say I ate nothing!!! Very disappointed! Never go here for lunch!
