I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback Steakhouse, and I must commend our waiter Francisco for providing exceptional service. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations, ensuring everyone in our group found something they loved. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, and he checked on us just the right amount without being intrusive. His professionalism and genuine care for our dining experience truly stood out. Thanks to Francisco our evening was both enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend him to anyone dining at Outback Steakhouse!

The food was amazing but service was awful, it looks like those kids don’t want to do their job. I waited more than 20 min for my wine, and had to wait like 10 more min to get a fork.

The food & service were excellent!!! BUT, management was HORRIBLE…we had a party of 12 in for a wedding dinner, when it was time for our bill, after we waited forever for our food, we were given one bill for the entire party for over $400 !!!! When we asked for separate bills we were told they could only give 3 bills per table, at this point, we were left with a $422 bill taxes already added in and told to figure it out ourselves, collect the money among our group and pay the bill…UNBELIEVABLE, why we weren’t told this policy prior to our being seated was totally unacceptable!!! Had we known this we would have sat in separate tables…Anytime a large party comes in and there is a policy of only 3 bills per table, the patrons should be told UPFRONT what the policy is…some compensation should have been offered for our trouble…

not what it used to be. before we all even sat down, we hear the next table complaining about service. food was light in portion size and flavors went downhill. server took forever to bring out some items and collecting the bill took forever.

Went today for dinner asked to be sitted outside everything was going well, until we were waiting for more than 20 minutes and nobody came to asked if we were ready or if we wanted something to drink it was horrible all they did was left the menus and that’s it worst service ever, got up and left and we were never acknowledged Why have so many waiters if nobody is willing to take the order horrible horrible
