Panera Bread

I don’t understand how this place has 4 stars. The tables are dirty and sticky. There’s food crumbs all over the carpets. There clearly is no pride in delivering a clean experience at this Panera. For the prices they’re charging the restaurant at the very least should be clean.

We have been going to this Panera Bread for years. It feels like a dining room / coffee bar extended from our own home. We have the sip membership and spend thousands of dollars on gift card whenever they are on sale 😅. Just now I had a good experience with their customer service when they missed one of our items from our pick up order.

It's a nice place to eat healthy with your family, normally crowded, so make sure u have time if you want to eat there.

I just left with a takeout order and discovered a rotten apple with mold in the bag with the rest of my food. That is disgusting

A typical Panera you get exactly what you expect you will get. I usually get the Mediterranean sandwich because it’s great. Half a sandwich is actually equal to a hole. I’ve had really nice people behind a register and people fixing the food really work hard. The bathrooms are usually not working or only one is and there’s always a line for them. The floors are always wet and this is probably the one part of Panera. I really don’t like. I’ve sat outside and I’ve enjoyed sitting outside again like I said the serving people have always been very very nice and the portions are good as well. You always know what you’re going to get when you go to Panera.

This is by far the slowest and worst serviced Panera I’ve been to. I get the monthly coffee and all I need is a cup but I always find myself waiting for minutes long. The staff is there but the problem is that they don’t even acknowledge you at all until you bring to attention all you need is a cup!

They have a lot of bread options and it’s very tasty. However, their fillings aren’t the best, but i apreciare how easy is to remove or add ingredients. I felt like the staff was a bit rude.

Dietary restrictions: They have an option where you can select what your allergies are in order to avoid those ingredientes (diary, sugar, etc).
