Went in to get a cinnamon churro latte, red headed cashier/barista went above and beyond to accommodate the rush, got me in and out. Seem to be the only one working. Latte was also delicious. May recommend more staffing.

So I went in to Paris baguette hoping to order a cake and pastries for my daughter's birthday but one of the cashiers with the red hair seemed bothered by us and mid conversation she turned to another customer. I was shocked as she seemed annoyed by our presence and felt as though she was ignoring me and my daughter. Won't be coming back here, the riverwalk location has better customer service and they're always friendly!

I love visiting Paris Baguette, but this location is truly one-of-a-kind. Right by the river, it has outdoor seating with a beautiful view, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a pastry or coffee while taking in the scenery. Unfortunately, when we visited, it was super busy, and I was a little disappointed by the cleanliness. The trash cans were overflowing with liquid spilling out, the napkin dispensers weren't refilled, and the bathroom was not well-maintained.
The staff remained friendly and tried to keep up despite the crowd, but the overall experience was slightly marred by the busy, messy environment. This location still has a lot to offer, especially for the riverside view, but I hope they can improve cleanliness during peak hours.

I've been to the establishment several times and genuinely have enjoyed my experience, today was not the case when I placed my order I was given a pastry with an molten raspberry that even had a worm inside, because this was the first time something this bad happened I went and notified a staff member and she totally dismissed me and said she didn’t care and went to the back , I have never been so disgusted and disappointed at a food establishment, and from the looks of it it was the manager because she had a different brown uniform than the rest of the crew members. DO BETTER!!!

I have been a regular customer, but my recent visits have been disappointing. The person taking orders has consistently been unfriendly. (Girl with glasses and a hat) my order was incorrect yesterday, and even with a light crowd, the wait time was longer than expected. When I nicely asked if she could fix my drink, she rudely told me to wait and helped another customer. I hope the staff receives some training on customer service because this place used to be much better.

I don't know what's going on here, but employees seemed to be reluctant to serve customers. They just stood behind the counter and never made eye contacts. How would you then take orders?! There were a few staff there, but only one of them was doing the real work while others were just chilling. Nice work!
The cake was taken right out of the fridge and was frozen, so I had to defrost it, well..

I want to be honest since I don’t usually write reviews, but I had a pretty bad experience. I’ve visited this store a couple of times, and this will definitely be my last. The place is always clean when I go, and the view is amazing. But they only have 1 person doing everything. The manager is rude if you try talking to her, she just ignores you, and if you need help, she ignores you. She’s not friendly. Some of the prices are also a bit high. They really need to take better care of their customers.

Recently opened P B in Edgewater Already managed to disappoint . Management is lacking Supervision In collecting payment . Customers are waiting in line while employees behind the counters are making lattes or other functions . You Need to have a dedicated CASHIER to take Payment ! . As of Today Monday 11/24/25 ,they raised prices as if the mini cheese Croissants (6) were not EXPENSIVE Enough , Previous $5.96 Now $ 7.45 for (6). All their pastry is offensively OVERPRICED . Same goes for their Ft.Lee Location. Takes forever to pay . I am Done with you . You're GREEDY Ed
