Rebecca's Restaurant was fantastic! The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. It's a quiet and charming spot, perfect for celebrating birthdays. I also loved the beautiful location.

Charming, tranquil- a place to have a nice long conversation with Middle Eastern food in a gourmet fashion-

I felt mislead that they kept the name but Rebecca's used to serve amazing Cuban style food. They now serve mediterranean style cuisine. It wasn't bad, and I'm a fan of mediterranean style food but aside from the delicious wine and charcuterie, the food was mid. I've definitely had better mediterranean food in that area. Will not be coming back :( 5/10

It was a fantastic evening, the food, the service, everything was absolutely amazing, I would say it's one of the best restaurants in edgewater! We will be back for sure 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Are these prices really for this food? The pricing didn’t match the atmosphere or the quality of the food, making it a poor value for money. Overall, it left us quite disappointed. On top of that, our orders were mixed up, and the staff didn’t seem very professional. The most frustrating part was the loud noise—it was hard to even hear each other at the table. As someone who lives in this area, this experience genuinely upset me. Unfortunately, we don’t plan on coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I hope you can improve and provide a better experience in the future.

I don't recommend this place. The food is not good. No taste, bad presentation, ridiculously high prices. Its cold inside anywhere you sit. I liked old cuban Rebecca, not this one.

We had a small family party for my son's engagement. They gave us the front party room which was intimate and perfect. The server was very nice although he didn't speak or understand English very well. After repeating ove once or twice what we wanted/needed for the party, he took care of our requests. The food was okay, just not great unfortunately. We ordered 8-10 appetizers to share. Most were very good. The choice of entrees was a bit limited. The menu listed branzino which several of us wanted, but the waiter said there was only one order left. Really? We were the only people in the restaurant at 6:30 on a Thursday (other than one other table of 4). I ordered it and it was delicious. But my son ordered filet mignon which he said wasn't very good, my daughter in law had the stuffed chicken which she didn't like, my other son had Turkish dumplings which he didn't like, and my husband only ordered a Greek salad which he said was ok. 2 other guests had the salmon which they said was fine. The prices were reasonable except for the special fish which we skipped. All in all, it was a lovely evening in a restaurant that was newly renovated and very pretty. Don't think we'd ever go back though. But we appreciated the owner's communication and help while planning our party a couple weeks ago.

I was passing through New York, I crossed next to Jersey to go to some stores and I looked on Google maps for a place to eat before returning to New York, this place with Mediterranean food caught my attention, when we took it away we noticed a slightly It was dark, the lights were so low that we couldn't even look at what we were eating, the music was too loud being so early in the night, we couldn't even talk to each other. On the other hand, compared to the other restaurants in the area, we found these prices to be expensive.

We were there a few weeks ago when it first opened up. We live around the neighborhood so we really wanted to like this place, however, we wish we had a better experience. We ordered the Greek salad, and it came without feta cheese and olives. Ordered the hen dish and it’s just ok. The ribeye kebab was flavorless and nothing special about it. This could be just one off experience and they are still new so we are not totally ruling it out yet but it does make us don’t want to come back anytime soon. I wish I could share a better review but that’s how we experienced.

We use to go to Rebecca's when it was a Cuban restaurant. It was different experiencing it as a Mediterranean restaurant. It was very good and we were happy they kept the decor the same. Overall it was a nice experience. The salmon was very good. We will try it again.

This was such a pleasant surprise and I'm so glad we had my birthday dinner here. We went at 5pm on a Saturday night and it was empty - just my husband and I and two other tables. The food was absolutely delicious with large portions. The fried plantains were the best we ever had. I had the shrimp with coconut sauce entree and mashed yams. My husband had the pulled pork. Both entrees were incredible and we would get them again.

We have been going to Rebecca's for over 20 years . The one disappointment was when we were seated the waiter said there were two changes on the menu. One was that the chirasco steak was now 56.00 up from 42 on the menu . If they raise the price by 30% they should at least print new menus . We enjoyed our dinner but the opening statement by the waiter did put a bad taste in our mouths towards going back
