Oreo flavored froyo has always been a standard flavor. How do you mess that up?? Got a whole bunch of that and it tasted like cardboard. What? They didn't offer any sample cups.
We had 2 cups and the staff asked us to put both cups on there and then only tared one cup. And the employee said it was cheaper and that it was we were paying less taxes (not true). And she said that her manager told her to do this. They charged us for the cup in the weight be aware. Highly recommend doing seperate transactions we paid and left as we didn't want to deal with the hassle. This is scammy business practice. We ended up spending 22 dollars here!!

I love the smoothies the most but everything is great at this place especially in Edgewater… better than the product Su who works as part of staff is the best you will get in the food industry, she knows her customers and she even knows when I order online… she always have my order prepared property and on time. She’s always polite, professional, and greets you with a smile. She’s passionate about her job. Su is the great ever, Thank you

Employee was rude , tried charging me for two cups when I only got one. When i explained the total was wrong she still tried charging me $14 for one cup. After the issue was resolved she gave me a stank look. Customer service was terrible. Will not be returning.

Bodybuilder here. I waited patiently and politely while the woman behind the counter spent over 5 minutes assisting a customer with her allergy questions, which involved retrieving product packaging from the back of the store. I thought that was kind of the worker, so I was very respectful after the wait when I placed my order for a smoothie with two scoops of protein. Two scoops, she said? Yes, I said, because the menu states 13 grams and I needed double that for my diet. She said it's not actually 13 grams. I said ok, how much is each serving? At that point, she rudely said she couldn't help with that. Not sure if this attendant doesn't like men or something, but she treated me like garbage after bending over backwards for the woman before me. I politely exited the store and will not be returning.
