The food is excellent but noticed their prices went up dramatically, for instance the Roberto's Salad was $20 now it's $24. Inflation has come down to almost 3%, why the price increases? It should be listed as a $$$ not $$ now.

100% True story.... Ordered the veal parmesan. Asked what came with it, waiter said spaghetti. I asked if I can have Rigatoni instead, waiter literally told me No. I looked at him in disbelief and said "Are you serious? I cant get rigatoni?" "No you can't it comes with spaghetti." Two things: 1) I would pay for rigatoni if there was a surcharge; 2) unless the restaurant really just did not have rigatoni in house, why couldn't I get it? The veal was mediocre, the breading was soggy and came off. The salad with the goat cheese was pretty good. They put out this little chick pea saucer with the bread, it has no flavor. I would find a new item to pick on if I were them. I'm not trying to bash the restaurant but I'm just writing about my experience, if you are a restaurant you got to be on top of your game at all times, period end of story.

Parking: Street parking is difficult so we used the valet. It was confusing at first as no one was there

I just left the restaurant and wanted to write my review instantly. How disappointing. I came here for my birthday dinner and the server manny was awful. I’m not sure if he didn’t take care of us well because we were younger (mid 30s) compared to the other clientele. But I ordered a glass of wine with dinner and it never came. Then after we had our food boxed he said the wine is coming. I said forget it. Also took quite some time to get bread when asked as well as a Diet Coke When he dropped the check he didn’t even look at us. Basic customer service and so easy to drop a check and say thanks have a good night. He literally did not even look at us. Did not care at all. I can understand if he felt overwhelmed or had too many tables and didn’t know how to prioritize. But then you use your voice and you say something or ask for help. So disappointing and not a fun dining experience, especially on your birthday.
