Every time I order from here the amount is ridiculous less, they almost always forget my dressing and bread and you can’t ever get in contact with ANYONE. Worst place ever

THIS PLACE IS A WASTE. Placed an order here and never again. They made 0/7 orders correct. My coworkers and I paid for something that we did not even received. First of all, we ordered 4 broccoli&cheddar soup and 1 chicken noodle soup. And we all received 5 bacon&potato soup that wasn't even in the menu. The potato is also raw and hard. 2 of my coworkers ordered braised beef taco salad with additional beef (extra pay of course) and they received grilled chicken instead. Then all 7 of us did not receive our dinner roll. The roll is the best part and was forgotten? We tried calling them using various cell phone numbers and at different times and no answer. How can I even tell them that our orders were missing things and even the wrong one? How can i get a refund? Atleast for the beef that turned into chicken? Really bad customer service and no consideration at all. When someone places an order, you have to double check and even triple check before delivery because that's hard earned money. Money can't be found on the streets. Atleast put yourselves in our shoes.

If I can put zero stars I would ,place was horrible. Staff is rude. Employee was wearing AirPod talking as I’m giving my order. Horrible service.

I will never order it from this restaurant. Gives only half of the order. I placed my order through Ubereats . Even though they gave my refund but still this restaurant need to work out with the orders they received. Kids menu is not even complicated but still gave 2 items out of 4. ? so disappointed. Even the soup that we order is half filled in the medium size . Why you want to give a small size soup on the medium size cup.?

Through DoorDash Ordered soup and bbq chicken salad combo (with extra roasted broccoli in the salad for $1.89) which comes with a roll. First off the roll was as hard as a rock. There was 4 small pieces of broccoli the size of my pinky. There was 5 small balls of chicken which was mostly breading. Lettuce was mostly iceberg and the portion was small.For a restaurant called Saladworks I expected a sensational salad. I was very disappointed

Garbage! I ordered the cheddar broccoli soup and it was disgusting...instead of cheddar cheese they used blue cheese. The flavor was so gross. It went directly to the garbage. My coworker ordered the BBQ chicken salad and the tiny pieces of chicken were frozen. It was the first and last time we ordered from this place.

Ordered take out via uber eats from this location. The salad I got had barely any greens or ingredients, and the chicken was not fresh. Seemed like it was from a can? It was cubed and gray/pink appearing. Strange and unappetizing. Would not order from here.

I do not give reviews out ever. This is actually my first review. Never tried this place, despite the reviews I still came in. 15 minutes before closing. (Still allowed to order online). I walk in and the girl says she already closed, she then said I can get “anything else in the store”. I asked her what does that mean? Can I order or not? She was passive aggressive and just then said no. No apology. Nothing. I understand I came 15 minutes before closing, but your employees should have a better attitude when approaching ANY customer BUT ESPECIALLY A NEW CUSTOMER. And honestly, if you’re going to close at 8 then you should close at 8 not at 7:45. Or at least 5 minutes before closing time.

Honestly not sure how this can say it affiliated with Saladworks. There is no official sign anywhere, in the plaza its located. You have to walk into a small local bagel store to find this, which was absolutely confusing. The Warm Grain bowl that i had ordered didnt come with any Grain and they gave me the incorrect soup from what i had ordered. Definitely never coming here again, honestly wish i could have gotten a refund and i looked up the reviews of this place before ordering.
