Very poor host service over the phone. We ordered delivery and they messed up our order. The person who picked up the phone was not accommodating at all. Ended up having to drive there to get the missing items even though it was them who messed it up. Bad customer service.

I wish they can do something about the quality of the food. this used to be my go to place. I have the view. the quality of food has gone down. went twice and was disappointed. even basic thai dishes failed. more like a chinese take out quality now.

Quite possibly the worst drunken noodles I’ve ever had. Stuck stale flat noodles. No veggies, bland with no heat and beef jerky for beef. Filled with been sprouts, this is not thai drunken noodles, terrible.
This place is not bad. Some of the appetizers were good, so was the vegan Pho. We asked for vegan drunken noodles and it came with very few veggies, mostly just bean Sprouts, not a lot of noodles and we were charged the same price as if chicken or tofu was in it. We were not asked if we wanted tofu and after the meal when we saw the price asked why we didn't get tofu. We were told that the noodles, if requested as vegan, only comes with veggies and that the meats or tofu would have no veggies. I feel like this is incorrect as all drunken noodles with meat or not always had veggies. This is an expensive dinner and I believe we were lied to and should have either gotten a discount of that meal or more likely been asked if we wanted tofu with it, instead of just excluding it from the start as our waiter. Food was good, but I don't think I will be returning here.

We come here every few weeks because the food is amazing and the ambiance is really nice. However, yesterday we came here for a birthday dinner and had 0 service. Nobody was at the front host table when we entered. It took a while for somebody to finally come and seat us. After being seated and given the menu, nobody came around to our table for 30 minutes. It was like there was no sever working the section we were seated in. I had to wave my arm in the air like a first grader in a classroom to flag down a server from across the room. We put our orders in and when the food arrived, we needed plates but again no server in sight to even ask. We ordered a soup and it came in a small bowl on a plate so we had to use that to hold our food. Nobody came around to ask for a water refill either. When we finished eating, again nobody was around to ask for to go containers or the check. Had to walk all the way to the front of the restaurant to find somebody to get us the bill. Again nobody would come around and check us out either so we had to go to the front and pay there. I’ve experienced slow service here before just because it was busy so it was understandable but this time was unacceptable. There were servers working their section from across the restaurant but where we were seated, nobody was around us and nobody was working the section. Terrible service.
