I went there w my girlfriend for 1 drink. We knew we would only have one and done and decided we would have a clase azul with a big cube. I’m familiar with clase azul so I figured the 1 round would cost approximately $100 and I was good with that. The bartender poured us 1 drink each with a big cube and in no time at all, we finished and asked for the check. Unbeknownst to me, the bill was $171 because they included a 25% gratuity and credit card fees. You guys got over on us and nothing feels worst than being ripped off. Like I said, I was prepared to spend about $100 but $171 is literally robbery especially without an explanation beforehand. The bottle in the store is $169.99, how dare you guys treat people like that. I will never ever go back again! Hope it was worth it!!!

I never leave reviews, but i am forced to do so this time. I paid over $150 for two drinks, an appetizer and hookah. Hookah was absolutely disgusting, switched to two different flavors and it was trash. Service was terrible and it was highly overpriced. Stay away! There’s plenty of spots to go to besides this trash.

Spirit Hookah Lounge was so memorable thanks to our waiter, Moe. From the moment we arrived, Moe treated us with exceptional hospitality, greeting us warmly, making sure we were comfortable, and patiently walking us through the menu.
Throughout the entire evening, he was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at the perfect time, and going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests really stood out.
Honestly, we will be coming back solely because of Mo. Spirit Hookah Lounge is lucky to have someone like him representing their business. If you visit, definitely ask for Mo!!

had a very disappointing experience at this place. I was treated extremely poorly by an employee named Sebastián, simply because of the way I was dressed. What he didn’t know is that I was driving luxury cars that day — it’s sad to see someone judge others by appearance instead of showing basic respect. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from a place in this price range. Won’t be coming back.

Used to be my favorite spot to go. Went back last night and was told they had a change in management, which is probably the worst thing that could have happened to this place. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Service is horrible, no warm energy. Hookah and drinks are trash. Really sad and disappointed that I will not be returning to my favorite lounge.

I was talking with a friend today and she said the same thing happened to her and she had to call the bank to get it disputed! I can’t believe they’re charging people’s card without their knowledge/consent… losing business all because they’re money hungry. Unfortunate
