Been here 3 times and the food and hookah has been consistent. Service each time lacks in which service can be slow and the attentiveness by the staff is low. Atmosphere is decent and weekends the mood is higher end/ better dressed. Pricing is on the high side for the value provided.

This was my 3rd time here. I enjoyed it the first two times. However, not sure if it was a new cook/management. But the food was horrible. I spent $600 for overcooked steak and under cooked lamb chops (which I asked to be taken back twice). It was just horrible. I never experienced this here, won't be coming back.

Let’s start with the positive things, service was great. A very kind lady with red hair I saw her name on the receipt (Amani Z), the atmosphere was okay. The disappointing part was the food, Nachos appetizer were just okay, I ordered a ribeye medium rare and I got a well done, YES! WELL DONE. After that they gave me a new Ribeye but it was rare. Sadly they were not able to cook properly a piece of meat. The best part was the Seafood pasta, very tasty.

I happened to be dropping off my Lyft passenger at this location. She turns out to be the hostess for this restaurant. They had the St John's vs UConn game and I'm happy that I made the decision to see the game at this establishment. I highly recommend everyone to go here. 5 stars all around!

I was there this past Saturday and the food was basic, drinks were decent and service was HORRIBLE!!! I will not be coming back to this restaurant again! We arrived to the restaurant about 15 minutes earlier than our 7pm reservation, it was pretty empty, so empty that I didn't even have to mention our reservation. We were seated by Catalina (?) she told us that was her name but the receipt says Jenny A. WHATEVER! Doesn't matter will not be back to even need to remember her name.
We ordered our drinks right after being seated, drinks didn't take too long to arrive. I'm not sure if it's because we didn't order hookah or what it was that caused the lack of service but I literally watched the server walk back and forth without so much as even looking at our table to see if we were ready to order. Remember, I said the place was basically empty! There was a couple at one table and a guy at another table, a guy at the bar and another couple came in about 10 minutes after us. EMPTY for a Saturday night! I finally called Catalina/Jenny A.(whoever she was) so that we can place our food order, I'm 1,000% certain that if I hadn't called her over to the table, she would not have come over to take our order. FINALLY, we placed our food order. We got our food fairly quick. We asked her MULTIPLE times for ketchup and steak sauce, minutes go by, nothing, a few more minutes go by, still nothing. FINALLY, she comes back with the smallest cup of ketchup for a burger and fries and literally a drop of steak sauce, no exaggeration, it was a drop for a whole Ribeye steak. Who doesn't have steak sauce and you sell steak?! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
Service was absolutely horrible and the food was definitely mediocre. Lucky for Catalina/Jenny A., the gratuity was included in the bill or else she wouldn't have received a dime!! There are so many great restaurants in Edgewater, this is NOT one of them!!

so he and my husband went here for valentine’s day long story short we waited a hour for our food , meal was suppose to come with mashed potatoes they decided to just give us french fries didn’t even tell us they ran out of mash potatoes , my mixed vegetables was not even cooked , asked for bread while we waited for our food we had to wait til the food came out to get it (a hour) , they include gratuity into the bill ($40 dollar tip) for a horrible waiter. manager did take off my meal from the bill but it was valentine’s day i would’ve rather had a good dinner with my husband ruined the whole date night & OVERPRICED IS HELL 0/10 DONT GO HERE
This place is properly ventilated, music is very pleasant and the food is not like any other bar food at other lounges in the area

I don't know who Sebastian is, and I don't care. I've always come to Spirit to celebrate with friends and family, but with the terrible treatment Sebastian gave us, I don't think I can ever go back. I don't understand why the owner allows or employs someone so rude and ill-mannered in this position, as it reflects poorly on him and his business. I went to this place to eat something; I can't drink alcohol because I recently had surgery. This man kicked us out of the establishment, saying that because we had come from another business, he couldn't serve us anything, and he told us in a very rude way to leave. I don't think I could ever come back to this place after the embarrassment and unpleasant experience Sebastian put us through. I work in the media, and I'm going to make sure everyone knows what happened today with this man named Sebastian so that all the people I know never go back, or if they're thinking of going, they don't, so they don't have to go through the same bad experience I did.

The bad reviews are honest because I had a bad experience as well so I’d agree with them. Went for my B day & decided I’ll have hookah which is overpriced especially since it isn’t good! Other people said it taste burnt & it did. I wish I never got hookah & just had one drink. I ordered two drinks (Margaritas)$20 which were good! You’re better off going for happy hour which the drinks are probably not gonna be strong but they are $10 buy 1 get one free.thats the only time I’d consider going back. I also ordered a frozen drink which taste like it had no alcohol in it at all for $25 NEVER again. The Bar tender wasn’t really friendly and clearly didn’t know how to make a $25 frozen drink. I ordered a chicken quesadilla which was just ok. probably would have taste better if I didn’t have the burnt taste of hookah on my mouth. It was my b day & I had left Sojo spa nearby to enjoy myself. As I said I wish I only ordered one drink & left. The added Gratuity then they ask u to also leave a tip which I didn’t because u already added it & also charge a card fee. No regrets,just a lesson to not come again unless it’s happy hour. Nothing to brag about here.
