The food and the atmosphere are great. However, make sure that you review your bill. My friends and I ordered a total of 5 mojitos during happy hour. The waitress insisted it was 8. Def needs to work on her math skills a little more. In the end, who we believed to be the manager, came to our table and said that he would do us the “favor” of only charging for 5. Smh do better.

Service was lacking… we felt like we were treated like our business didn’t matter and we still got charged the service gratuity even we felt it wasn’t good and like we bothered all time, although we were chill. We don’t demand that much… server was standing at a wall staring at us with empty glasses all time and didn’t bother to ask for another round or for more water…. We weren’t asked if we wanted anything to eat, we Just were told that the kitchen was closed at that time… and we work at the industry, we understand and we didn’t make a show but… we felt like we were bothering with just our presence at all times and it’s really a shame to feel you’re bothering at all times just by being there.

I had always come to this place, because I like hookah, and today I had the worst experience, they brought me a hookah with a burnt flavor, I asked them to change it and it seems that they brought the same one again, I complained to them and the boy got upset I asked them to take it away and they didn't remove it from the bill, I paid $56 dollars for a hookah that was bad and I didn't smoke… my family and I will never return to this place again

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service, and the establishment was far from clean. Update: I saw live mice and flies in the bar area. I attempted to bring this to the staff’s attention, but unfortunately, no one seemed interested in addressing the concerns and I was told I was seeing things smh 🤦🏼♂️

Security didn’t let us in to just eat, because we were not dressed by their “dress code” (most likely, the so-called dress code is “ghetto”), because we were dressed like normal people and not like strippers/unemployed rappers. The place is overestimating their own atmosphere, positioning themselves like a high end spot and being tasteless in the reality.
