The costumer service is very rude and disrespectful! I was sitting with my family. ( husband's and 2 kids) One woman named Erica yelled at my kids just because they wasn’t sitting on the table! She was kids not friendly and very very bad mouth! This location used to be very nice now the costumer service sucks! Erica I hope one day this happens to your kids and karma get back to you!

Both Moe and Shay are absolutely delightful. I am a current Edgewater resident who recently moved from NY. This is now my local Starbucks. I will say that I’ve had numerous encounters with the manager in this location, and she leaves a lot to be desired from a hospitable perspective. I am an RM and I manage numerous teams of people. The way I personally have had the manager respond to me as well as what I have witnessed with her communication style to her employees, leaves a very negative taste in one’s mouth. She has a strong team; I come back because of her team!

The supervisor, lady with glasses, always has an attitude. They also don't want paying customers using the bathroom for some reason. I come here once a year, every time to be reminded why I actively avoid this place.

Erica always has the worst attitude. She’s aggressive with both her own staff and the customers. Although I had just bought coffee a few minutes earlier, when I went back to get some water, she told me I needed to buy something in order to get a cup of water. She said she couldn’t give out water for free unless a purchase was made at the same time

and ordered a coffee just so I could use the restroom — I didn’t want to use it for free, so I paid. But despite that, they had already closed the restroom and were extremely rude when I asked to use it, even though I clearly explained it was urgent. As a woman, I felt especially uncomfortable and dismissed. I paid specifically for this, and was still denied access in a very disrespectful way.

I would like to share my recent experience at your branch, which, unfortunately, was not a pleasant one.
During my visit, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the lady wearing glasses, who I believe is the shift supervisor. She was rude when taking my order for no apparent reason. Furthermore, while I was sitting and enjoying my coffee, she abruptly and aggressively placed a chair at my table as she was heading out for her break, which was both disruptive and unnecessary.
Given that this branch is often crowded, I believe it’s especially important to have a welcoming and courteous front-of-house team. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope of improving the customer service experience, as this café has always been one of my favorites and I wish to continue visiting it.
