These people are nasty, and they don’t make drinks properly here. This location has gone so far downhill over the years. It’s like they’ve just completely given up.

I had a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience at this Starbucks due to a staff member named Erica.

I was holding my service dog in my arms, and without saying please or sorry, Erica demanded that I put my dog on the floor, saying that the dog “must be on the floor so it doesn’t bark.” My dog was not barking, and as the handler, I am responsible for managing my service animal.

Her tone was extremely demanding and disrespectful, not a polite request or explanation. She continued to tell me what to do with my service animal, despite the fact that service animals are protected under the ADA, and staff are not allowed to give handling instructions or impose their own rules.

The way this was handled made me feel embarrassed and targeted. This was not about safety — it was about poor training and a lack of basic respect. Will never visit here again.

I order my coffee than suddenly Dunia calls me and tells me that she is not able to do my coffee and returns my money back to my card her attitude towards me was horrible I’ve always come here because it’s my favorite spot but I guess I’m going to look for some where else to go now I’m very disappointed with the service never again

Excellent Experience Every Time 🩷❤️

Every time I walk into this Starbucks, I’m greeted by the warmest, happiest, most loving employees. Their positive energy instantly lifts my mood and makes my mornings so much brighter. They truly make the best coffee, and this spot has become my very first stop every time I leave my house for work. The atmosphere is always beautiful, welcoming, and peaceful. I appreciate the consistency, kindness, and amazing service. Highly recommend this location! 😍😍🥰🥰

Horrible Service from this location. My family are long term Starbucks customers and just spent over $40 in the store but when I asked for a water Erika (who claimed as Store Manager) said no free water unless in the same purchase same time same store! It’s Fine to have new policy but since it’s about customers you have to let the customers know. Better post it at front door so customers can see! We asked for showing the policy Erika couldn’t provide it. She looked at her pad then disappeared without any further explanation. For over 30 minutes she couldn’t show any policy support, couldn’t give any decent explanation or reasoning. The ONLY thing she did was Ignoring waiting customers, running away & disappearing from the front desk! What a horrible service!

The wait was very long and the coffee was terribly bitter. Train your staff to make proper coffee! I don't recommend this place! There are better ones at Target nearby.

I’m still standing in line after placing my order over 10 minutes ago. I am the only person waiting for my drink. I understand the difficulty of starting a new job, but he’s already asked for help three times making this single drink.

I think this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The vibes and energy of the employees is so nice. They actually put in an effort to be nice people and work fast. We’ve all been to nyc Starbucks where the workers are like mean and grumpy. Keep up the good work Edgewater !
