Had very bad experience here when I made the photo call. I ordered the two person combo and want to switch items which is allowed and asks me to pay extra money. I did on ubereats.I call the store and want to make sure both two burgers will be changed to wraps. However I was told that only own item can be switched and there is no any note when I was ordering.The woman who picked up the photo call because he said this is an issue only the boss can solve. She can do nothing. I asked if I can contact the boss and she said I should not make trouble for her cuz she just work for the boss. There is nothing she can do.It could be a simply issue to be resolved if you are the guy picking up the service call and she did not allow me to talk with anyone else in the store.I am so upset about the service.

Had a bacon cheeseburger and the bacon wasn't done. Had a spicy chicken sandwich and it was dry. No taste of seasoning at all.

Their fried chicken is honestly a real hard hitter but please be advised that it will take some time for it to be ready. In my opinion, it's definitely worth the wait, the service was great, and I will definitely be back again.

"This is not a fast food place, everything is made fresh, please be patient." This sign is posted near their counter. I didn't see it until after I ordered. No wonder I was told that my chicken sandwich would take 6 minutes. But it was worth the wait, I had never tasted such a great burger, from the bun to the meat to the fixings to the sauce, it was hot and fresh and delicious! Will definitely come back!

This place has the potential to be better, it wouldn't be that hard, everything is in the details..... Burger bun was good, patty should be bigger to reach the edges. The lettuce on my burger is for rabbits, awful looking, and the tomato wasn't far behind, although I realize good tomatoes aren't available in winter. The fries were really good, hot and fresh, but only packaged ketchup to put on them. Malt vinegar would have been much better, I was pretty sure they didn't have it so I didn't ask. No offense intended..... Asian people serving American cuisine (they probably don't eat) should consult with a professional chef to see how it's done.
The order online is not available!!!!!And people still can visiting their website.Once we go to pick up, they just start making food. too bad.
